We can not talk about Obama without talking about the mess Bush left him. It will take decades of Democratic presidents to clean up the Bush mess, and reenact the regulations to secure America's economic future - if it can be done at all.

You take this list that mentions a few things of importance and inflate it with listings of every time he had an idea, made a suggestion, suppressed a belch or sneeze, put on his shoes, or flushed the toilet to come up with 244 accomplishments.

You make a lot of ungrounded assumptions. If you can't figure out the 244 accomplishments of President Obama you are either dense or a propagandist. I think the later. You seem pretty impressed with yourself, though you show us no facts to sink our teeth into.

In my book, anyone who is not actively striving for the betterment working class Americans is a traitor to this nation. Corporations should have their rights to do business in the United States restricted by pulling their corporate charters for ANY of the following;

Employers stealing from employees. Let's start here.

1). Cheating employees on overtime pay.

2). Changing the benefits package behind employees backs.

3). Making promises to motivate an employee with no intention of keeping them.

4). Changing an employees work schedule on a whim without honoring the understanding between employer and employee made at hiring.

5). Right to work laws to steal employee bargaining rights using the law.

6). Making a concerted effort to keep unions out of the workplace.

7). Lying to employees during negotiations.

. Discrimination by race, creed, color, or orientation.

Now, that is eight just off the top of my head. Are you bright enough to figure this out from here?

I do appreciate you sharing your views on employer/employee relations though. I think we can agree there should be some penalties for numbers 1, 3, 7, and 8. Numbers 2, and 4 are a bit vague and subjective. If the cost of the benefit package changes, does the company automatically absorb the extra cost in your world? I would not condone Number 3 although I can see some difficulty in defining and enforcing it. As for 4, if the understanding was in writing, then by all means it should be honored. Number 5 is horse(*)(*)(*)(*), as is number 6.

Sounds like bitter union hack (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)ing from someone who can't make it in the workplace without organized protection from mediocre job performance and the consequences thereof.

But, hey, like I said, it takes all kinds. I might disagree with what you say but I would never disagree with your right to say it.

I'm glad Osama is gone. But if killing someone was my greatest accomplishment after being president for almost three years, three LONG years, I think I would resign!

The sooner Osama AND Obama are gone the better.

 

I have been on both sides of the Owner/Employer relationship over the past 40+ years. In all that time I have neither done to nor had done to me any of the acts you detail above. Have any of them ever been done to anyone? I suspect so. Unfortunately, there are unscrupulous people in this world. Employees have committed atrocities against employers too, but that doesn't keep me from hiring the best and brightest at every opportunity!

I'm NOT a right winger, but I understand too. The problem is what you call accomplishments are considered moves in the wrong direction to hard working, freedom loving Americans. We are looking for less government, less taxes and personal responsibility from all Americans.
