I think if a man or a woman doesn't want a child, they have options.

Like...getting sterilized. Or only engaging in sex when in a committed relationship where you are prepared to accept your responsibilities and not kill your innocent child because they are 'inconvenient'...

    Or adoption.

Considering that a whole group of people wants to make that choice for all women without knowing or even remotely understanding their current position in their own lives, yes, I am having difficulty with the notion of "Let them eat cake".

You are deluding yourself because the reality of killing your unborn child is exactly what happens in abortion.

Play your semantics games elsewhere. You have been proven wrong, time after time.

Sugar-coating a killing doesn't make any less horrible.

The fact that they think the fetus right before birth bears no resemblance to the born child moments later is all we need to know to consider their opinions at the very least uninformed.

Oh really? Giving birth...loving your child...is selfish now eh? :spin:

What else can we expect from a self-proclaimed 'Grannie' who swears pregnancy & childbirth are 'hell' and mocks those who say their experience was 'bliss'?

NOT a parent. A parent puts their child's welfare before their own.

It is what makes you fully an adult.

Sadly, far too few people understand what this responsibility means. It is yet another way abortion has impacted society. If unborn children are disposable, it is not surprising that an increasing number of people find their birthed children inconvenient and disposable...and treat them as such.

Why did you have children Otter? Whether it was planned or unplanned, what was the reason you decided to give birth?

You might as well ask why someone who signs a contract to build a house "decides" to honor the contract.

My closest experience with pregnancy was when I had a particularly nasty period. I pushed out a lot of huge clots. I thought of scooping the biggest clot out of the toilet and giving it to a anti-choice retard to raise, but I thought better of it and flushed it.
I guess my pill was doing it's job. :ignore:

Do you think they want my used tampons?
I could always use a menstrual cup and bring the blood to the hospital and demand a birth certificate for my baby!!

Actually it is still you who is dong the deluding. Playing games of semantics and emotional hype will not change what a fetus is, nor the significance of the fetus or what abortion does. Ignorance and religious dogma are not replacements for common sense and outright dishonesty will never make convincing arguments.

You are the one playing with words, attempting to lay guilt where none is due.

You have been proven to willingly post fallacies and outright lies multiple times.

Hyping it up will not not make intelligent people guilty.

Not surprisingly you continue posting stupidity. No one has claimed anything about fetuses prior to birth. Why not really try and make intelligent contributions to the debate?

You should really refrain from posting in threads you lack the capacity to comprehend, which would be most threads!

Hmmmmm.... I suppose it depends on where you are in life.

If its planned, then its great.
If its not planned, it is essentially the end of your life as you know.

No, essentially the end of the life. If a couple simply are not ready, or in my case ,did not have any plans what so ever in a forever relationship, the thought of a pregnancy is frightening.

    Been there, done that.
