Yep. They run and hide from every unpopular decision they've ever made...HCR being the latest. They use the "good intentions" model for governing, then lay blame elsewhere when the disasterous unintended consequences come home to roost...CRA, fannie/freddie, etc. Our collective short memories, and gullibility to fall for their next "good intention" is the only reason they ever get near a position of power.

I blame a timid republican establishment, that for decades, have been more interested in NOT offending or making hard decisions for the sake of votes, than relentlessly hammering home what a wretched, soul sucking failure leftism is....now more and more people know, but it may be to late....too many are hooked on those failing, unsustainable "good intentions"

Well, I think the House flipping is a lock, and that is good, as all the committee chairs will flip. I would hope for the Senate too, with possibly a caucus flip by Lieberman, to also gain committee chairs. Then I want them to shove the Conservative agenda up to Obama's nose, with either a Dem filibuster, or veto, being the only thing stopping it. America wants change, and now it will be Obama stopping it. Even a stalemated Congress is a step in the right direction.

Yeah, I cringed when I saw that, and figured it was a game-ender. I don't know why they swerve into those topics. Not really what folks care about right now. I know there's hope of a bunch of House seats swinging up there, so we'll see. Rubio is looking good down here for now. Some of the big Senate races elsewhere are going ot be down-to-the-wire though.

I think he's going down pretty hard regardless. Watching him fall just north of me, and then hopefully Allen West win south of me, will only make it more interesting down here with local stuff. My district is so red there are years when no Dem runs.
