You take care of the excesses and waste and fraud at the top of the chain, and it will "trickle down" to those at the bottom. You approve of one, but not the other it seems. If people are that desperate that they need to take advantage of things like welfare, food or whatever, I say so be it. It's not like they're sucking up all the wealth and sending it overseas. They're trying to survive in this corporate, greedy, F'd up society the banksters and the other rich bloodsuckers that have created. Clean up the fraud, the rape and the "Bernie Madoffs" from society, the bailouts for the rich, the CEO rape, and send some of the responsible parties to jail, and then you can talk to me about poor people scamming the system trying to eat and survive with the piddlins' they get from the leftovers of your elitist system of crapitalsim.

We have people living in boxes. Actually, I think we have people that don't even have boxes. You really don't think we have poor people?

Are you going to say it's all just box envy?

Wow....PinkSlip got the endorsement of another multi-billionaire today. He IS concerned about the poor, and Donald too. The millionaires club strikes up another victory, and another million votes for Obama. Thanks Trump!

Unfortunately, the people that rail the most against the fraud do the least to actually help rectify the situation. Worse, they end up perpetuating their own peculiar brand of politically expedient fraud and the same people that you seem so concerned about get screwed again - this time by those who claim to be their "friends". Crony Crapitalism is a bipartisan endeavor.

all of the candidates are a joke except Ron Paul. A vote against Ron Paul is a vote to go to war with Iran

You can't have holes in nets if there ARE no nets :)

I can agree that sound bites often pull things out of context. But this one comment of Romney's aside... it is nevertheless important to consider what he has communicated in his expressions overall (over time), and I think it is that he does not relate well enough to the people who are economically 'below' him. That is troubling.

Sometimes, the ways people "slip-up", shows what they are really thinking. In reality, Romney looking down on the poor... might just be "okay" with him.

Bottom line: Romney won't be the first or last figure involved in a General Election to be scrutinized for the words he uses and the meaning they project in the media.

Fortunately, the U.S. has safety nets and virtually no poor people.

Unfortunately, the country is drowning in these safety nets and more than enough people suffer anyway. Have any more false points?

You are joking right?! Currently, 1 out of every 5 Americans is now living in poverty.

You mean like WIC? Welfare? Unemployment benefits? Veteran's Benefits? Safety nets like those? Which um, he has consistently voted to reduce or eliminate altogether?
    Those safety nets?

Do you really think Mitt Romney cares about the poor or Middle Class at all? Why? Because he was once one of them and has the instinctual desire to help his own? Hmmm. No that wouldn't work, would it. Who would be Mit's kind, that he would want to look out for?

Well, can't say he (the brother) was given lifetimes of freeloading and money for nothing like Romney's kids huh? No special treatment there I guess. Romney's sperm creations will never "work" a day in their lives. Lazy socialists.

You know nothing about me friend, and you never will cause it's nobody elses business.

Why don't you be honest sometime? It's not really "not working" that you have a problem with (since obviously you approve of inheritances in lieu of actual work), it's when they're not country clubbers that you have issues with. You're cool with not working...admit it.

I guess Obama with his billion dollar plus campaign will have bought his second term? Seems the whole thing is a fraud not just the right wing!

The right wing leads the way. Mitt is how many times richer than the previous 4 Presidents COMBINED? Money is what's wrong, no doubt.
