If you don't want the Church dictating to you your healthcare, don't work for them.

    It's really that simple.

If you don't want to follow the tents/morals/laws of a religious organization, then you have no right to work for them. You should quit or get a job at a non-religious organization.

The Church's rights to dictate morals to its employees trump your employment rights.

Sorry, there is no slippery slope here. A job is a completely voluntry action. You have the. Freedom not to work for an employer that refuses you the benefits you desirfe. That is all the freedom you get. You do not have the freedom to use government to force a religious employer to help you sin.

    Logic failure.

Jobs are not even close to a voluntary action sometimes. If you have people to support you can't just quit and find a new one especially in this economy.

Why work at all? The Democrats will see to it that the suckers that do work keep you. I've heard, but really need to check this one out - and haven't yet - that we're almost at the break-even point in terms of average real disposable income after your paycheck is plundered vs what you can mooch from taxpayers by just being a p.o.s leach. If that's even close to true, I may have to to go the p.o.s. way since working every fukn day for all the mfers that don't is getting rather old. Why work? We have Democrats!

Regardless of the fact that birth control is clinically proven to prevent ovarian cancer, one's religion does not exempt them from providing the same coverage as all other employers must provide. Evangelicals believe in "faith healing" does that mean they can deny their employees benefits from necessary surgeries or cancer treatment? Just because you are a religious institution that doesn't give you the right to mandate what is acceptable and what is not acceptable provisions in health care.
