Serious campaign for Jewish Rights on the Temple Mount is underway.

A high level historic meeting was held recently by 30 senior Temple Mount activists from every Temple Mount group and organization . The groups and organizations have decided to begin working as a cohesive unit to further the goals of Jewish rights on the Temple Mount.

The organizations include: Hatenua Lekinun HaMikdash-Movement for Temple Renewal; El Har Hashem – Temple Mount Advocacy Council ; Nashim Lman Har HaBayit-Women of the Mount; The Temple Mount Heritage Foundation; El Har HaMor

Several critical decisions were made, however the funds available are inadequate to the goals. A true implementation budget is lacking. Due to the sensitive nature of issues relating to Temple Mount activism, these decisions are for internal consumption at present. It is hoped that the projects will be launched within 2 months time.

We are calling upon all Jews and lovers of Israel and the Mount to donate whatever even small amount they can in order to help us succeed in this important mission. If thousands donate even 5-10 dollars, we will have enough fuel to run a successful campaign. We are looking at a minimum goal of 10,000 US dollars and every penny will be used for the projects.

The Temple Mount activists only have one goal: to get rid of the Dome of the Rock and rebuild the Temple of Solomon. All other activities are seen as stepping stones toward this final goal. The only right I'd give the activists is the right to not be killed in pursuit of their highly provocative and thoroughly stupid agenda.

I find your extension of even those rights to these warmongering nitwits overgenerous.

Temple Mount activists only seek equality for Jews on the Mount and hope that we will be soon able to pray on the Mount in harmony alongside our Arab cousins who descend from Abraham’s second son Ishmael. The sacred Temple Mount is the place of peace, and we come in peace and wish no harm for our cousins. The Mount is over 36 acres large and there is more than enough room for everyone to bow before the Almighty.

I had no idea that right to worship in peace was warmongering. Why don't you go pick on some real warmongerers like Syria, Egypt, Iran.

Are you even Jewish, or one of those Christianist nutters who want to create the "right" circumstances for Armageddon? Your plan to execise your imagined "right to worship" would deny others that self same right.

Well, MY religion says that MY "Holy Place" is the West Wing of the White House!

Please send me money so I can force the establishment of my temple there.

The White House has THOUSANDS of square feet and there is MORE than enough room for EVERYONE to bow down there before the Almighty!

Find the Arc. Then you'll have no trouble plowing down the DotR to build Third Temple.

We are not trying to deny anyone anything.

However we demand the right to worship on our own holiest place, that is not fanatical only natural.

What would the Muslim reaction be if they could no longer worship at the Kabe in Mecca? What would the Christian reaction be if the Vatican was now off limits to Christians?

Why does the world insist on withholding Jewish rights?

You gave up those rights when you abandoned the place.

Look, I'm all in favor of Jews having rights on the Temple Mount, but I do not you to instigate the Apocalypse as a result. So if you guys promise not to destroy the Dome and rebuild the Temple, than I'm on board.

I'm just trying to avoid the 4 horsemen.

Yes in an ideal world we want the Temple, however anyone with any sense understands that in our current reality, this is not a possibility.

Thus we must settle for prayer and for the most important of all sacrifices, the Passover Sacrifice, which is a one time a year affair. We would only need to build a temporary alter and the entire thing would have to be completed between about 1:00pm and 6pm on the eve of passover. We are talking about a 5 hour affair. I think that is not asking to much

We simply want to worship God the way He has instructed us, and we are already making very painful and serious compromises.

You sound so reasonable, but then so does Satan. The reality is that you are part of the very violent settler movement.

"We just want a little bit, we won't take it all."

    Unfortunately your history disproves that.

...As does the written stated aim of your organisation.

Anyone with any sense clearly understands that this is not a possibility any time soon, certainly not in my generation or maybe even my grandchildren, however we must obtain what we can for now.

According to Jewish laws, we could theoretically do the entire Temple service without a actual Temple. The Alter, the Menorah, Table of show-bread alter of incense could all be situated in the open plaza before the dome of the rock.

No Muslim structure would ever have to be touched. The Temple (meaning the walls) is only a means to glorify the service of the Temple, but it is secondary. I honestly would be satisfied, with a sharing agreement with the Muslims that would allow us to perform our entire temple service without having to touch any Muslim structure.

I guess I may be lacking in sense because I am expecting something to happen quickly that will alter the mood in the Islamic nations toward the rebuilding of the Temple.

The threat of rising ocean levels might just be the factor that will completely alter the current reality and make your Jerusalem Third Temple a possibility much sooner than we would tend to suspect!

I saw Mr. Tuvia Sagiv on Simcha Jacobovici last week. His diagram indicating that the Holy of Holies itself was almost certainly under the trees just above the Wailing Wall was impressive! All kinds of room for both the Dome of the Rock as well as the Jerusalem Third Temple.

The analogy is also interesting. Both Christianity as well as Islam are founded on top of Judaism!

Well.... then I am a Gentile with relatively little sense because I personally feel that the rebuilding of the Jerusalem Third Temple complex by 2030 should be discussed.

It could be one of the only ways to save the city of New Orleans and Bangladesh and much of Holland and the 143,000 acres of farmland protected by dikes along the Bay of Fundy... from the threat of rising ocean levels.

There is an ancient Islamic prophecy that the deserts of the Islamic nations will be turned green in the "latter days"... and..... it is predicted that any nation that allows Jews and Noahides to freely attend the Festival of Tabernacles... .will receive rain in due season.... which could cause those nations to have climate stability.... which would inspire other nations to follow their example which would............

Rebuilding of Jerusalem Third Temple may be least expensive way to stabilize climate?

Forget all the activism. Muslims will NEVER willfully give up any real access to anyone except for muslims to worship on the Dome of the Rock. It would be much cheaper and effective to just put up enough money to purchase a cheap jet and a bomb and contract a pilot to fly over the Dome of the Rock and blow it into the 2nd Century.

The muslims will fight, but you'll never get them to give up the Dome of the Rock so that the Temple can be reconstructed without a war. Might as well go ahead and finish the job in one quick hit.

My apologies if my understanding of Islamic prophecy is terribly flawed but one author presented a powerful case that both the Mahdi as well as the "Jesus of Islam" seem to come on the scene at the same time as the rebuilding of the Jerusalem Third Temple complex.

This author seemed to feel that Muslims who really believed in the fulfillment of these Islamic prophecies would want to see the Third Temple constructed.

    Notice post #67 here:

    http://www.politicalforum.com/showthread.php?t=288721&page=7

I personally suspect that the Mahdi of Islamic prophecy could turn out to the Elijah as referred to by Jews and Christians and the "Jesus of Islam" could turn out to be The Cyrus type predicted in Isaiah chapters 42- 46!????!!

    ... and for the record:
    http://www.politicalforum.com/showthread.php?t=341905
I believe Abraham said "good son and good Prophet" to The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
If more Christian Mystics and even some Jewish Mystics will begin to discuss the theory that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was in many ways a Prophet Like Unto Moses as well as perhaps King David or Elijah or the Patriarch Abraham reincarnated........ then peace will soon break out in the Middle East!!!!!!!!!
