I truly like the logic of this particular response. It is clear, concise and to the point. The section that I emboldened is exactly what my personal beliefs are. Those who have no standards, moral character, scruples and upright guidance want everyone else to mull in the "muck and mire" or "funk and filth" with them. Afterall, misery does love company and companionship.

 

Hopefully Falwell is listening.

I disagree. "Homophobia" is a Jewish weasel word, that liberals use to pathologize behavior that goes against their ideology.

In fact it is normal to be disgusted by homosexuality, just as it is normal for people to be "racist" and suspicious of outsiders.

 

Racism is breed off ignorance, just as homophobia is.

And ignorance is another haven for religion.

 

All the bs aside, what I was trying to say that in this day and age there is no such thing as bad publicity. I mean for example I'm betting before these million moms screamed their asses off about this comic a lot of people didn't know about it. But now since this thing was blown up more people are aware of the product which opens the door to more potential customers.

They do. That the book was published and sold suggests to me that many lawyers didn't think the content would be found to be disturbing, sexualized, or any danger to impressionable children. My guess is it was just a children's story about a wedding.

What makes them think that sheltering their children from a lifestyle with the HIGHEST STD rate, especially HIV/AIDS, a massively higher drug abuse/suicide rate than the non-gay population, is more important than gays making themselves feel better, with a comic book story about them?

Humans and Chimpanzees are 99% identical genetically as well. So a 0.7% difference can be quite substantial. For starters, the negros have much smaller brains.
