Illegal with mile-long rap sheet demands "right" to stay in america

We need to deport every illegal we catch but esp ones that are serial criminals. Invade mexico illegally and break a dozen of their laws and demand you be allowed to stay and see how that works.

Uriel Alberto’s time in jail highlights immigration policy battle

Uriel Alberto, a 24-year-old native of Mexico in this country for nearly 17 years, has used his Feb. 29 arrest to raise awareness about a generation of immigrants in this country without documentation.

The father of a toddler, who waged a hunger strike in the Wake County jail until Monday, hopes to have a bond hearing later this week in a Charlotte immigration court.

A track star in high school, Alberto had dreams of attending college and running for a team there. But he was not immediately able to pursue that dream. Without a legitimate Social Security number, he was unable to get financial aid.

Around that time, he had several brushes with the law and was convicted of speeding, driving while impaired, driving with a revoked license and throwing fruit at a moving vehicle. He also was accused of domestic violence, but that charge was dismissed

If he's illegal he gets a free trip to Jail, after due process he get's to go back to Mexico.

So who cares what he demands.

Yes - there are lots of liberals who oppose illegals. It really is hard to justify letting foreigners invade america and steal jobs from citizens. Only reason our politicians support illegals is because Big Business pays them bribes to do so.

 

Do your views also include not allowing Illegals (Recently Arrived Future Citizenry ) to vote in 12 Election Cycle ?

 

Will those Liberals in Houston & Chicago & Los Angeles & San Franpsycho... end their cities Sanctuary Status ??

You see there are people on the Right who think they can speak for everyone on the Left. You have to remember, we're Liberals and thus have unique and individuals opinions and don't run with the heard.

 

As always, this criminal illegal is claiming he came here as a child and it's not his fault and blah blah blah. They never produce a shred of evidence to support that claim but they have all learned to say it.

 

Thats like saying there are lots of Democrats/Liberals who will vote GOP because they are 2A supporters and what some call "Single Issue Voters"...

 

I'm sure lots of the liberal citizens want the sanctuary status to end. Trouble is all the lawmakers are raking in huge corporate bribes to let the illegals run wild.

 

Demands??? I say we drop kick his illegal ass back over the fence where he came from and belongs. Just a suggestion.

 

I'm all for that. I'd also like to let ICE "soften up" all these illegals before deportation. Not talking about killing or even crippling them. Just a few busted ribs and a few missing teeth. I'm no criminal coddler.

The more lenient we become, the more demanding they'll become. Things could quickly reach levels of absurdity which exceed the current situation.

- No poorly guarded border
- No weakly enforced visas
- No amnesty
- No birthright citizenship
- No benefits
- No illegal employment

Are the parents legal? If they are, why isnt the son? If he has been here for 17 years illegally that would make him 7 when he got here.

if the child is illegal then obviously his parents are illegal as well.

 

I dont see how its the kids fault for being illegal. Its the parents.

 

in a way its not but thats the risk the parents take in dragging their kids here.its not our fault they chose to bring their kids here either so we shouldnt have to pay for their public schooling or welfare if they receive it.

its nobodies fault but the parents, blame them that they ruined their childs life by illegally dragging them across the border.

but what is this guys fault is his criminal activity, its obvious he aint worth a (*)(*)(*)(*) and needs to be sent back to where he came from along with his criminal parents and work on making their own country better.

 

In bold - exactly....After being here for 17 years, I doubt he'll be sent back to Mexico.
