Sandra on Limbaugh: Attempts To Silence Women Have 'Clearly Failed'

It was NEVER Limbaugh's goal to silence women. His goal was to expose a liar and fraud.

Freedom of speech, the fact that Rush is a cash cow, he does 15 hours a week of talk and rarely messes up. But when he does go too far, and on occasion he does, the left will drag it out for weeks as if all he does is screw up. His listeners know better.

I noticed you didn't answer the question. Non sequiturs are usually considered fallacies; are you on the right or would you rather be accurate.

It may depend on what it was about; if it was a winning play as in the case of sports, I may not mind giving him a ride on my back, even in public, for a little while and maybe even crack a champagne bottle with him.

And afterward, ask him if he knows any hot chics that may have high sex drives or who may feel they aren't meeting their sex quota lately.

 

That's been my argument all along - that she spoke to a Congressional committee in support of the health care provision for BC without a co-pay - NOT "trampling on religious rights" or "demanding that the Catholic Church pay for her BC because she's having so much sex she can't afford it" and all the other totally ridiculous made-up insults by PP Rush and the Right on this board.

Since it WAS as you describe - what's the big forken deal? What did she do to bring lies and insults down on her head? She spoke for 5 minutes and PP Rush spent 9 hours over 3 days calling her every despicable name he could think of and obscene comments about her and her sex life. You would have thought she had insulted HIM personally when I'm pretty sure she never mentioned him once and nothing of what she said had anything to do with him at all. And along with the crude and obscene insults, he told lie after lie about who would be paying for women's BC - and since he had decided HE would be paying for it, even demanded that she send him sex tapes for him to watch.

Now Conservatives are loudly defending his lies and crude obscenities as if he's being picked on for no reason. He brought this on himself with his nasty, foul mouth when all he had to do was keep it shut. If he's so stupid he doesn't realize that people will not tolerate that sort of filth being spewed onto the public airwaves without speaking out, it's time he learned.

Can you link to where she said she pays $90 a month for BC pills? Or where she said she used it at all? Or where she said she was having so much sex she couldn't afford to pay for it? The transcript of her speech is posted and there's nothing whatsoever in it that bears any resemblance at all to what has been said about her. Nothing.

The only thing exposed here was the true depravity of PP Rush and the lengths he'll go to in lying to his listeners and deliberately fomenting hate and divisiveness. There was NO REASON for him to get involved in this issue and whatever happens to him as a result is nobody's fault but his own.

PP Rush is trying to silence women. He hates women as evidenced by 20 years of misogynist ranting on his radio show. Disagreeing with somebody is one thing - to spend 3 3-hour shows trying to destroy her as a person with crude, obscene attacks is meant to tell other women what will happen to them if they dare speak out on issues. But IMO, it's going to take a lot more than that miserable POS to silence women - all he did was get them mad and make a fool of himself.

If he simply disagreed with her, what was the purely personal attack all about? Why lie about what she said and call her a slut and a prostitute? Why lie and say she said she had so much sex she couldn't afford it and demanded that religious institutions pay for her BC? Is he stupid or just a liar? Have you listened to the video of her testimony? If so, can you point out where she said any of the things he attributed to her or what she said that justified him asking her to send him sex tapes so he could watch them? He's a Pig Person.

Listen up: It must take guts to champion a fat, foul-mouthed pig like Rush Limbaugh in what he tried to do to Sandra Fluke. Defaming her, calling her horrible names, and trying to smear her good name with his vileness for three whole days.

And any man who has a daughter, a wife, or female baby, should have defended Sandra immediately and told Limbaugh that his actions were unacceptable...but all we have heard is silence from the men.

I assume that it tells us alot about how men actually feel about women, but afraid to voice it...thereby leaving it to other men like the infamous Rush Limbaugh.

I am sure there are many men who will come out and defend Sandra Fluke, and not add to the false allegations against her as some people on here did.
I don't believe they hate Sandra Fluke, but they have a really bad case of man-love for Rush Limbaugh.
