^This is true. And many of those incidents are race-related even though they are rarely charged as such. That said, the dumbass in this story still deserves what he got. The fact that black racists do not get charged equally to white racists does not mean that white race killings are any less dispicable. It just means there is a flaw in the system that must be fixed. To be fair, based on the historical record, blacks would have to kill untold millions of whites to balance the scales for the number of blacks killed by whites.

Really, wheres the citation? Back in the plantation days, white masters don't typically kill their black slaves. After all, who's going to pick the cotton? Besides, there's a lot more people in the USA today then back in the slavery days. Also, how many white people died fighting the civil war? Indirectly, this was due to the slavery issue. The north was biased against it, while the south wanted it. This whole issue is moot though. More black people are killed by other black people than by whites today.

Hate crime laws are thought crime laws. If you commit violent crimes you should be punished. There is no need for thought crime laws. As the laws stand they are for the most part selectively used against Whites despite the fact most interracial crimes are committed against Whites not by them.

Your reasoning is just plain wrong. There are plenty of black on white crimes that could be deemed hate crimes but aren't. Your 37% figure is based on selective enforcement not reality. The reality is that blacks move into white areas voluntarily because they know they are safer around "evil whitey" than their own people. How many whites do you know that are moving into black areas except due to poverty? There is no black flight from white areas.
