That is an easy question to answer.

There is no clear evidence he is guilty.

Case closed. Problem solved.

 

Nobody said the police couldn't see Trayvon. It is very telling the only way you guys can respond is with blatant dishonesty.

It was claimed the reason Z was holding down Trayvon was to administer first aid. It's only logical if Trayvon's health was a priority that he would have called an ambulance. Do you realize ambulances carry paramedics and cop cars carry cops?

 

You were there, you would know.

 

With all of the crap that you've been spewing, calling others blatantly dishonest is a joke. The only one being dishonest here is you.

The police showed up right after it happened, and if you're not disputing that, then it is very silly to claim that Zimmerman should have called an ambulance when the police were already there.

 

Like I said, you guys are responding with dishonest claims.

I would think someone who claims that Zimmerman couldn't have been injured because he saw a video and didn't see any blood, and then turns around and claims that Zimmerman had his hands all over Martin's bloody body...

I never said Z had his hands all over Trayvon's body.

You tried to twist what I said to lie about what I said and when you couldn't back it up you simply lied again. Without liars, Z wouldn't have anyone to speak for him on this board.

If he lied about his nose being broken and the injury to the back of his head (the only two injuries I've ever seen that he claimed) what does that leave..?

 

Here is my take on why the shooter has not been jailed. He was arrested, but they did not have enough evidence (so they say) to hold him. He was arrested and released. Like public schools in the USA, an "investigation is pending".

But the reason I think he has not been charged with murder is:
1) his name suggests he comes from a promenent jewish family with a lot of financial and political and legal power.
2) the person who licensed him to carry a firearm made a huge mistake and did not take into account his criminal history.
3) his family has ties to the higher ups in the police force (hence his desire to be a cop).
4) his family has the skinny on some of the local police leaders and court officials, and they want to avoid an embarassing situation "Scandal".

Some states have this type of kill em if they threaten you law.
But there are conditions:
1) you can't chase down and go after the one who threatens you.
2) you must be in a location where you can't escape, or are trapped like in a room or up against a wall.
3) and the perp must show force or gesture to harm.

These cases will have conditions that must be met for a court to trial and convict. But in those little hick towns, the judge and cops run the show and can do what they want. They fell they own the town.

Somthing smells very stink in this case.

 

The degree of the injuries are moot. It's who initiated the physical assault that matters.

It is very clear from the eyewitness reports that Trayvon Martin initiated the physical assault.

Case closed. Problem solved.

Reason the Zimmerman is not charged is he is jewish and it is highly likely his family has a great deal of political power and power over the courts in that little hick town in FL. We all know the jewish run the show. In this case the authority of the little hick town thought they could let this one slide so that they can protect the wealty and powerfull jewish family of that town. But like all powerfull and wealthy families, they often have that loser nephew that is nothing but stupid and trouble for the entire family.

The other possibility the gunner was not charged is the one who gave the permit to carry a firearm is very close to the hick town's law family. When you look at these little vills and town, it is highly likely it is run by a family buisness of law makers, politicians, and police. That is what they do, as blood is thicker than the blood of a black kid. And their justice system proves it.
