Mitt the Flip strikes again. But hey, at least he was "job creating," right? Or wait, he was using a blind trust. So maybe he was never a "job creator" to begin with. Hey neo-cons, which is it? Is Mitt a flip flopper or a job creator?

What an easy win the dems would have if they didn't have just as equal a flip flopper as their guy. I don't know if it's just because I'm older now and the fraud that is America's 2 party system becomes more obvious with age, but this by far the biggest joke of an election year I have seen in my life.

Wonderful; except that Fresenius is widley known for its ADULT STEM CELL WORK, primarily.

    Nice desperation thread, though.

We understand why you are terrified to discuss the PRIMARY ISSUE of this election: THE ECONOMY.

Were I an deluded Obamite, I'd be just as as scared as you are...

    Source.
Desperation? Your nominee was invested in stem cell companies and companies with ties to Iran. Obviously he saw it as an issue because he sold all of his shares. Than again, it was a "blind trust" so he didn't know about it. Guess that means he's not a job creator than.
    Red Herring.
Why are "Obamites" scared of Mitt the Flip/"Job Creator?" His resume is coming to light and it ain't pretty.

From what I remember, the Republicans were not against adult stem cell research.

LOL Nearly 30% of the Christians in the US are Evangelicals. You think Evangelicals are supporting stem cell research? The creationists? The ones who hate science but swear by the Bible?

Just shows he is more interested in money than his own ethics. Personality disorders are behind why people bully others, We do not need a greedy bully in the white house who has a personality disorder and is therefore blinded by their disorder.

I don't know. I'm a Christian and I support both. Of course I don't support all the Party line as you know.

You're implying politicians have ethics to begin with. They have talking points. Nothing more.

Please prove that Fresenius is a big embryonic stem cell researcher, which you have NOT DONE. NO one objects to adult stem cells, which have been used to cure humans for over ten years now.

The obvious attmept to deflect from the economy in ALL THREADS is clearly the Leftlemmings folowing their marching orders, not a Red Herring. This thread is the "Red Herring", if the Truth be told.
His business expertise is the issue that will seat him in the White House, vs Obama'[s COMPLETE LACK OF EXPERIENCE...

Yep. Nearly all of them I know have no problem with using adult, umbilical cord blood, and amniotic fluid stem cells, which are currently being used to heal humans.

Embryonic stem cells are about OVER, as they continue to be an expensive MEDICAL MISTAKE/FAILURE.

Why is this a "whoops?" Romney supports stem cell research.

    Romney position on Stem Cells

Romney is a strong supporter of stem cell research, but he is against the practice of cloning or embryo farming as a source for cells. He is also against federal funds being used for embryonic stem cell research.

Are you guys going to keep making up phony issues all the way to November to keep the conversation off the economy?

Sorry, but the economy is out there, you can't run away forever.

Classic. I simply cited the article in the OP. That, and the fact that Romney sold his shares in the company when he went for the nomination. You said Fresenius doesn't do embryonic stem cell research. I asked for a claim and yet you have yet to provide one. Please do so or admit error on your end.
Laughable. Hey Grok, politics/current events includes endless issues, one being the GOP's nominee and his background with embryonic stem cell research. You bringing up the economy in this thread is the red herring.
Business expertise? He'a corporatist vulture. And did Reagan's acting career sit him in the White House? Yeah, didn't think so...

Romney investing in a company that does embryonic stem cell research is quite interesting and against his position.

Could you site your source for this number? And then define evangelicals? Thanks.

Hasn't Obama flipped flopped on gay marriage?

Didn't he flip flop on taxing business more?

You must not know the Christian religion very well. According to this, I'm evanglical, although I go to a non-denominational church. And they couldn't give a rats ass about stem cell research.

    Well whatever.

    Apparently you thought you did.

    You said:

PLease cite Evangelicals objection to any other stem cells than embryonic, or stop trying to make up nonsense.

These are complete strawmen, but I'll play along...
If you want to think that, sure. But do you really think Obama was against gay marriage before running for president?
Sure. He's taxing businesses less than Bush.

You might try reading YOUR OWN LINK. From your link:

On the whole, do you strongly support, somewhat support, somewhat oppose, or strongly oppose
medical research that uses stem cells from human embryos?

There were NO QUESTIONS that specified any other kinds of stem cells.

Way to shoot down your own position, while PROVING mine.

Is massive failure your hobby, or just a gift?

Sure he was. Here he admits it in 2004

    http://www.thedailybeast.com/articl...f-obama-s-position-on-gay-marriage-video.html

But before he said corporations should be taxed more. Now he wants to give them tax credits.

The only fail going on in this thread is coming from your posts.

    From earlier in the thread:
Yep, bolded is what you said. However, I posted that source that said over 40% of Evangelicals disapprove of stem cell research (yes, adult and embryonic).
