The first chicken obviously grew in the egg which contained it, which must have been a chicken egg, laid by a not-quite (proto-) chicken
So whatever made the chicken a legitimate chicken must have also made the egg it hatched from a legitimate chicken egg, even if the mother was not quite chicken? Maybe the egg had some sort of default though, having been laid by the nonchicken mother, so that it was not a true chicken egg, even though a true chicken hatched from it. And the first true chicken egg didn't come until the new species began reproducing. LOL Biology is not my strong suit. I just want the age-old question to remain ever elusive! Let me point out though, that I realize evolution is much more complicated than this and that the "first chicken" is impossible to determine since it was only slightly different from the previous generation and would have then had to mingle its dna with other available "proto-chickens" to actually create what we think of as modern chickens. I'm not a complete idiot! I'm just not comfortable definitively saying that the egg came first!
God does good things for you but kills 34,000 children every day from poverty, famine and disease... God wills it? I really don't understand religious people, when something good happens to them "Thank God" but when something bad happens to them or other people "God wills it" or "it's a test of Gods plan"... If WW3 happens I'll bet you all my money the religous people will blame Science and Atheists and say Judgement day is nearing. How can you debate with religious people! They question evolution which at least has a bit of history and logic behind it but they don't question their own belief which is totally flawed and made up of fairy tales! Even the Star Wars Universe and the Jedi have a better philosophy than Christianity, Islam and Judaism combined. The truth is, religious people are insecure and fear death so they brainwash themselves with false notions of religion and heaven to make themselves feel better. A bit like the pill effect, if somebody has a headache give them a sweet that looks like a painkiller and experience the process of the headache easing as the pill is tricking the mind into thinking that the sweet is actually a pain killer.
