I have never heard of America or Russia selling nukes to another country & such a situation if it were to be found out would be the cause of much political damage in the offending country & I suspect the source of a few rolling heads.

'Bomb Mecca': Military college taught young U.S. officers that 'Hiroshima-style' attacks on Islam's holiest cities were needed to win 'total war' with Muslim world

The US military taught officers that ‘Hiroshima’ tactics to wipe out entire cities may be needed to protect Americans in a ‘total war’ against the world’s 1.4 billion Muslims.
The shocking option to target ‘the civilian population wherever necessary’ was part of a course for future leaders at one of America’s top military training colleges.

It compared the ‘historical precedent’ of the bombing of Dresden, Tokyo, Hiroshima and Nagasaki.


The Pentagon has now halted the course and a review has been launched to ensure any future lectures at the US Defense Department’s Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Virginia, don’t contain any similarly offensive material.
But according to Wired magazine -- which obtained details of the eight-week course and posted them online yesterday -- the officer who delivered the lectures, Army Lt Colonel Matthew Dooley, is still working at the college.


Senior officers that listened to the lectures have now moved to higher positions throughout the nation’s armed forces.
In the mock-up scenario presented as part of the course, the actions of Islamic terrorists rendered the Geneva Convention defunct.

This would leave open the option once again of taking war to a civilian population wherever necessary (the historical precedents of Dresden, Tokyo, Hiroshima, Nagasaki being applicable to the Mecca and Medina destruction DP in Phase III,’ reads the course material, according to the Wired documents.
Lt Col Dooley also reportedly noted in a presentation in July last year: 'We have now come to understand that there is no such thing as "moderate Islam."'
‘It is therefore time for the United States to make our true intentions clear. This barbaric ideology will no longer be tolerated. Islam must change or we will facilitate its self-destruction,’ he added.


The teaching model laid out a possible four-phase war plan to impose a forced transformation of Islam.
Phase three included possible outcomes like ‘Islam reduced to a cult status’ and ‘Saudi Arabia threatened with starvation.
‘International laws protecting civilians in wartime would be "no longer relevant" -- opening up the possibility of nuclear annihilation.

‘Some of these actions offered for consideration here will not be seen as "politically correct" in the eyes of many,’ Lt Col Dooley wrote, adding: ‘Ultimately, we can do very little in the West to decide this matter, short of waging total war.’

The lecturer has worked at the Norfolk, Virginia, college since 2010.
Although Wired said he included a caveat that his views were ‘not the official policy of the United States Government’ and were only meant to generate ‘dynamic’ discussion, he reportedly added that ‘by conservative estimates’ 10% of the world’s Muslims ‘hate everything you stand for and will never coexist with you.

‘Your oath as a professional soldier forces you to pick a side here,’ he added.
The White House ordered a revamping of its counter terrorism training last year after the same magazine reported that FBI seminars taught that ‘mainstream’ Muslims embrace violence.

Sure, this particular training course, it was exposed, and they OBVIOUSLY then had to visibly pull it, or appear to.

But, come on Margot, the fact that it existed, it was real, and it was being taught to future US officiers, that must tell you something?

I just do not accept that this was some renegade instructor, that no one knew anything about, all naive.

Let us say that a proven training course leaked out, a genuine one, that Russia and China eventually wanted to turn the US to glass.

And that this scenario was being included as part of the training of their future officers.

Even if they both gave the excuse that it was a 'renegade instructor', COME ON, surely you must see how America would react to it anyway?
