....might I encourage you to try something different this year. Instead of a Romney/Ryan 2012 sign, please put out an empty chair and a set of golf clubs next to it. I feel this would be much more effective in letting your neighbors know how displeased you are with the current President. Hopefully we can start a trend and get people all over the country to do this. Cheers!
It's funny because by this time in his first term GWB had spent what, almost twice as long on vacation, if not more? But that's ok, because he wasn't a black man.
Where you getting that nonsense from? Everyone knows this turkey in office now has spent most his time on the golf course. Wake up dude.
I'm not sure where I said anything about vacation? Maybe Panzerkampfwagen can show me (love the way Libs have such a comprehension problem). I suggest looking at total time out of that chair for non-Presidential duties (uh...that would include not only golf, but also fund raisers....DUH).
Oh wow. Somebody threw the race card because somebody else criticized the job performance of Barack Obama. There's a new one. As of July 2012, Obama had played over 100 rounds of golf. Bush played less than half of that in his 8 years in office. Clinton played a quarter of that during his 8 years in office. Obama's trips to the golf course aren't 'a relaxing therapy for an otherwise busy and important man'. They are symbolic of his arrogance and largesse. His pi$$ing away hours on the golf course (and using Air Force One to get to his golfing destinations in many cases) are his way of thumbing his nose at his critics. And considering that so many taxpayers are out of work, his lolly-gagging around on the golf course so often is simply in bad taste. It is a classless, tasteless behavior. The arrogant jacka$$ has got to go. bodyforlife, That 'chair and golf clubs in the front yard' idea; top notch, sir. I approve.

I suggest looking at total time out of that chair for non-Presidential duties (uh...that would include not only vacations, but golf, fund raisers, etc....DUH). It also implies someone that doesn't know what he's doing (i.e. empty suit). Don't want to overload you here.
Thanks Sparky and good comment on your part as was yours Libhater (of course, that was a no brainer).
I wonder if you can see how childish and petty this is. You are whining and crying about golf......golf...think about that.
As county chairman for Romney/Ryan, I will have a sign, but I might also put an old chair and golfclub with it. I'm also asking people to pray that on election day a gigantic storm hits the city of Chicago on election day. lol
It's not about "golf.....golf...." It's about working to fix this country instead of acting like a lottery winner on OUR tax dollars....but go ahead and try to minimize it and turn it into "golf". You aren't fooling anyone. We can tell who "your" candidate is. By the way, how's that budget coming along mr. soetoro?..Oh they STILL haven't got one...what is it now 1200 days?......but there's always time for "golf....golf...."
I think you're read that incorrectly. It's not true. This current guy has spent more time on the links and out of touch. He's exceeded GWB's campaign trips by a long shot. Matter of fact, After 911 GWB gave up Golf because it wasn't seemly after what the country had been through. In spite of the many catastrophes that have hit this country since 2008, nothing stands in the way of Mr. Leisure time's avocation.
My ol Chair and 2 Iron are out there with HAD ENOUGH ? God cant hit a 1 Iron..My 4 Iron is my lowest. and my jump shot is better than Obama's.. and my Friends say I am MORE likable. All 2 of them
A Gigantic storm hitting Chicago is not a BAD thing..Farmers in the area NEED the rain..If such beneficial rains hit Chicago..L.A and New York..Obama loses by more than my predicted 56 -44 gap. Storms are ONLY BAD if damage is done to life and property..we just want those people to stay home. ENJOY THE RAIN. !
So all the time that bush the failure spent on vacation, he wasn't working at destroying the nation? He did it despite the months off the clock? It's golf, you are whining and crying about golf. It's childish and pathetic.
Leave the chair & golf clubs for others. I'll have a Romney for President sign... ...and a Pence for Governor sign... ...and a Mourdock for Senate sign... ...because politics is a team game.
a. I don't whine, and I do not cry. As a responsible taxpayer, I am simply expressing my anger and outrage at the Spender In Chief frivolous abuse of the taxpayer's money. b. It's not about the golf. Golf is merely the recreational endeavor that your president chooses to express his arrogance and sense of entitlement. Any other more-responsible individual would give pause before setting foot on a golf course in the middle of an economic crisis. "Hmmmm. There are a lot of working stiffs out there who are struggling to put groceries on the table for their families. They can't afford a vacation, and they never get to golf. This just might be perceived as a classless and disrespectful act, this business of me golfing all the time." Well, I guess golf is what you do when you can't pass a budget.
