LOL!! Pretty soon, German and French bankers will be calling Greeks and waking them up to go to work. What a mess. This is what happens when your nation goes on a wild credit card speending spree. You become debt slaves. The Greeeks made their beds, and now they have to sleep in them.

I don't see how that would help. There is so much unemployment already. A 6-day week would make the situation worse.
These things will bring Far left SYRIZA to goverment than Greece will leave the Europe and will make their own decisions. Maybe EU wants this too. They are acting like the boses who is mobbing to employees. Germans are always proud to be hardworking but when I see it is so difficult to find somebody working weekend also at the night.
Greeks and Spanish people already work more hours than Germans. The difference is that both countries are less productive and that is fault of businness, government and also European decissions taken to favor Germany. For example, Spain dismantled all its industry in many industrial areas like Catalonia by order of Europe, and now Spain is found in this situation so dangerous, because there was not restructuration of the industry, that is fault of the governments that basically focused in construction and tourism.
