When I first came to America, EVERYONE kept bothering me because of my language, shine on you crazy diamonds.
No one can respond to my posts any more, seems like I've outgrown all the wise asses in America, any time someone tries to insult me, I shoot back with ease, and the best thing the comedians realised to do is, to ignore me and not even try to argue. even the existing posts, in so many, like on page 11 I post a reply, and then the thread sinks, no more replies. I noticed it time and again. over and over. just saying.

Seems like a self-congratulatory thread doing nothing but insulting others while bragging doesn't meet the minimum requirements for a post. Not surprised. Threads created by the OP rarely contain anything of value.

I started a thread where I insulted Catholics, Boy Scouts, Penn State alums, Republicans, and Democrats, and it got 1 reply.

Someone then started a thread with the same Boy Scout story, and almost no opinion with it what-so-ever, and the thread exploded.

 

Maybe your post is so adroit and to the point that no one dares respond.

 

I know I'm kinda new here,but why did you move? I'm not being a smartass,just curious... Are the living conditions better than the Soviet Union where you're from?

 

There are so many obvious responses here:

Exactly - truth is not what sheeple want to hear - they'd rather talk about missing tax reports or birth certifficate or blow job by an intern.

On my last chat board we managed to change the culture of the board quite a bit. It went from being dominated by a false left vs right narrative, to being about 50% real conversations, and 50% propaganda.

We did it by recognizing which posters were interested in having a conversation, and binding together. When a shill came to play his games, he would get lynched by the real posters.

I'm sure you have seen this tactic employed by the shills before. You are gaining the upper hand in a debate, and all of a sudden you are being quoted by 4 different people making the same argument.

Its a very effective strategy. I am trying to remember the names of the people who are awake, to start to build this community.

The problem of course is that come election time their was mass bannings of these "awake" posters on my last board. The mods killed the community which is how I ended up here.

 

As far as the moral thing,from what I've seen,it's no matter which country you point a finger at,each one has their dumbasses!

 

I'll give you a hint, Peoplevsmedia. Social scientists argue that most political party aficionados adopt a party due to social values and not actual political beliefs based upon equality or justice. If you can't swallow the blue pill with the red pill, you will lose a certain amount of credibility among each party that allocates X blue pills and Y red pills. Reject the concept of the allocation of pills, and you alienate yourself into the world of limbo among the brainwashed.

 

People ignore you because you have nothing interesting to say. I know this will be hard for you to believe but it is the truth.

 

I dunno, I think he's funny. Its much more enjoyable reading his posts than the hyper-partisan-blind-to-your-party's-flaws crap 90% of the people here are posting. You can get that watching MSNBC and Fox.
