We poke fun at Romney because he seems like a robot out of place when he's spewing his political spiel. He looks so unnatural in those faded jeans and blue color that he is almost a caricature. But the truth is that Mitt is a vampire capitalists. A person who put money before all else. That this man is personally responsible for destroying lives using the PE business model to steal money from workers who have worked their entire lives for a company that is bought out by private equity companies like Bain. If Bain sounds like the villain of a comic book, it's because that's exactly what they are. People like Mitt ruin lives. American worker lives. People like Mitt are willing to destroy hundreds of lives just so that he can offshore more money or buy a car elevator for their homes. And they want to eliminate the social net too? After they crush pensions and other retiree benefits? Wake up America. These people have been waging class warfare for decades, and they are winning thanks to the sheeple who earn less than $150,000 a year who vote strictly on the social issues promises. Mitts American will look just like Mexico or India, 2 classes, a handful of very very very rich and everyone else very very very poor.
Obama's America will be very similar with the elitist on one side and everyone else on government aid. Both will destroy the middle class.
I have to ask, which idiot right wing talking head told you guys that using the Presidents middle name, Hussein, would have some sort of effect? The only effect it's having is making you look stupid.
LMFAO! What we have today and we've had a long time is a handful of rich and many of the rest poor vagabonds who are trapped inside of hussein's failed socialistic experiment. With Mitt at the helm everyone will have the chance to succeed in life.
That is HILARIOUS. I can tell that you didn't watch the videos and just ran in here to spout your usual drivel.
That's true. Global capitalists such as Mitt Romney hate the middle class with a passion. It's the middle class that typically stands in the way of complete exploitation of the lower class.
I think he is beside himself with hate and contempt for the middle class, just look at what little wealth we hold onto, he wants it and he wants it BAD! He even said so, the middle class right now is holding it's wealth in it's homes, it's all we have left at this point. romney said that "we should let everyone lose their home, go bankrupt. Let the 'investors' buy up houses, rent them out until the market comes up, then sell them" Buy low, sell high, get richer. To hell with hard working middle class Americans, they screwed up and bought a house before the conservatives crashed the economy....serves them right to lose it and everything they have.
Well, just like the video points to, when vulture capitalists such as Mitt Romney buy up a factory, run up debt and pocket a ton of money, they don't just destroy the lives of the workers. Normally, the whole town dies with their jobs.
It's a curious thing looking at the support Romney has. In December, the Conservatives loved every Republican candidate but Romney. As those candidates proved to be inept or stupid and always ineffective as candidates and Romney managed to destroy them with cash, the Conservatives drifted inexorably toward Romney. Not because they love him, but because they hate the president. Like the Susquehanna River, Romney support is wide, but not deep. Now the question is: does America like Mitt Romney or does Mitt Romney hate Americans? He dismisses 47% of Americans as victims and lacking self responsibility. Can he recognize Americans as hard working people who just don't make as much money as he does? If he lacks respect for half of America, should we respect him, no matter our politics? Or will class division be a hallmark of the new American political discourse? And why do so many americans who fall into that 47% deign to support someone who clearly disdains them?
LOL "Evil" taxes? Couldnt you have said, misdirected, ineffective, destructive - you know, a word that actually meant something?
Yeah, with Mitt "The Jesus of Our Time" Romney at the helm, the middle class will double in size, no one will want to have an abortion ever again, homosexuality will disappear, everyone's wage will triple and there will be too many jobs to go round, and of course, Iran will self-implode.
It is obvious the Mitt haters here have no idea how businesses become successful. Most of the time it takes investment capital if a business wants to grow, exactly what Bain does. The left's idea of a successful business would be the Indian model where people are kept in their village selling trinkets to passersby. Somehow they do not connect anything else with where jobs come. The idea that lending capital for a return on that capital is somehow "stealing" from the middle class is not just absurd, it is stupid. Like the first video where the guy worked for 30 years at GS. He would have worked far fewer years if the company management had not gone out and tried to secure funding from Bain, probably because no bank would lend anymore to it. Private equity firms naturally will have a higher return on a higher risk investment much like any lender would. He also does not fault his own company management for doing that. The downturn in Steel nationwide and the companies own hand at racking up debt is the reason it closed, same with Ampad. The agreements they made to rack up that debt is their own companies fault but it is much easier to blame someone else when things go south than it is to face the truth. What people on the left hate about Romney is that he was actually successful and that somehow successful management is evil and unsuccessful management is to be held high in their regard as the model they choose to bludgeon others with.
Well, you can see how successful Obama has been and this is the model the left chooses proving my point.
If OP cares about working class he should consider that a decade under neoliberal governments will turn the country into true socialism. Nothing works better than experiencing the ruthlessness of neoliberalism , Mitt is the ideal person to make his stock of people even more hated.
