I have hung up on ever political call I have gotten! Perhaps the conservatives all hang up and the polls are wrong.

I cannot believe that Fox News has not reported the results of this poll yet. I mean, this would change everything for the panicked Romney campaign. "Political experts give Romney 63% of the vote". I'm sure they can spin some crap like that. This is CLEARLY as accurate a polling method as Rasmussen. No doubt about it.

Gary Johnson...And before you start the BS about my vote for Johnson helping Obama, stop and think about the logic or actually lack of logic in your statement. If I cast my vote for Johnson, nothing is being taken away from Romney or given to Obama. For my vote to be taken from Romney, I would have to be someone who would vote for Romney if not given the chance to vote for someone else. If we were given only the choice between the two of them I would regrettably choose to not vote. So explain how my vote for Johnson takes anything away from Romney?

I was going to ask you if you were voting in favor of the marijuana legalization, but I see your location is now "Not Flint". Congrats on getting out of the hell hole.

Turning into a blow out. I have to say, when I first joined this site not too far after Obama took office, this place was very left wing, people have changed.

What I'll be curious about is how many left schills who appear here on a daily basis will disappear after this election, regardless of who wins.

On the plus side, I look forward to no more HuffingtonPastes.

The answer lies in for whom you would vote if Johnson - or any other 3rd party candidate - didn't exist.

Essentially, your vote makes you a minor.

So, voting for a guy who holds similar views as your own, makes your vote not count? That's some pretty warped logic you got going on.
It might as well be a one man race, as far as I'm concerned. Since there's hardly any difference between the two.

Sorry, but voting for the person who shares the same vision as you do, is not considered throwing your vote away. Just because a handful of states decided your nominee, doesn't mean I have to goose-step along with the rest of the bots in the GOP and vote for him.

I could care less if Romney wins or looses, and if Obama shared my views I'd vote for him, but he doesn't. Why is this so hard a concept for people like you to grasp?

Again, a vote for Johnson is actually a vote for Johnson. This isn't rocket science.
Plus, it's called having principals, maybe you should look tat word up.

The answer lies in a hypothetical situation rather than in reality? My vote only goes to someone who I feel deserves it. Neither Obama or Romney come close. It is the fault of the Republican party that my vote will not fall in the (R) category this year because of the nominee that was given to us. I have voted (R) in every other election with the exception of 2008 and 2012. My views have not changed that much but I have become increasingly frustrated with the GOP direction. They are becoming socially conservative democrats.

I agree wholeheartedly with your last statement on the direction of the GOP and share in your frustration. I don't disagree that neither candidate deserves my vote, but when faced with the proposition I have to examine what I want the next 4 years to look like. With that consideration the choice becomes easy. I am not sure this country will survive 4 more years of Obama? And if you want less social conservatism, Romney is your candidate. I really don't think he cares about the social issues that the GOP wants to make primary to the campaign and governing. He may give it some lip service, but should he inhabit the White House they surely won't be tops on his agenda.

Just a little food for thought on another way to look at the big picture of the overall election.

I think Romney is exactly what this country needs at this time. He's far from the perfect candidate overall but rarely do you have a candidate that has skills that so strongly match what the country needs at the exact time they're needed. The war on women, Romney's tax returns, he's not conservative enough, he's too sympathetic to the rich and big business, blah, blah, blah -- none of it matters. What matters is that he knows how to turn things around and he knows how to build a consensus. He's been successful every time he's taken on a failing enterprise so why not give him a chance to turn the country around too?

If this poll does in fact represents what's going on in the real world, it's a disaster, and I even feel for Obama... come on, our liberal friends... at least, try and make it close? :nana:

If those are the only choices then "none of the above" is the only logical choice.

Whether anybody votes for them or not, yes I know. There is nothing legitimate about the two party scam. It's destroying this nation.
