I amazed there are 33% of the posters here that vote democrat. I was thinking more like 15-20%. This website is by far right leaning. (Some off the hook righties too! LOL!) I had no idea that a third of the people here leaned the other way. Sure can't tell it in the number of right vs. left posts.

The spread between the people who care and don't among democrats is vast.

85% of us have no vote, so it really isn't a matter of throwing votes away. I mean really. Does a Romney or Johnson vote here in California really matter?

Why does only one of the candidates have a middle name?

Shouldn't the poll say "Willard Mitt Romney"?

The last four years are an example of what *sane* right-wingers do?

I'd hate to see what happens when you go insane.

It was an effort, trust me. You wanna see what good years under Romney will be like? Go to Wiki under Ronald Reagan, 1980-1988.

Just woke up. Looking at the poll. Wow. Looks like Mitt will be the next president. Im glad the democrats have accepted their mistake. There are more libs on PF than any other party, so this must mean the majority is voting for Romney. Celebrate!!!

Same here, as a realist, I understand that there is no way the "establishment", as it currently exists, would allow a third party win on a large scale. There is simply just not enough exposure given. That equates to low saturation and a subsequent lack of public knowledge of that particular party platform.

The only way a third party has a chance is to obtain numbers as only significantly seated parties command any real attention. Ignoring that reality is something that all third parties have ignored. In their frustration they abandon any meaningful strategy and merely attempt to muscle their way onto a closed playground.

What I tend to do is vote the lesser of two evils on the national stage and attempt to saturate the local levels with the third party members that are most closely aligned with what I think is best for the country.

From within my friends, from within...
