This is all very good news. The people who want a negative, dark America are the most vocal, which makes it seems almost like they outnumber those who want to maintain a positive bright America. But I think they just have loud voices, and motivations which impel them to demonstrate more strenuously. I would love to see an emphatic Romney victory, including wins in states that seemed to be solidly in the Obama camp, in order to signal to these few 'glass half-empty' folks that WE are not interested in their depressed and depressing worldview.
