The genocide of white farmers in South Africa is the most ignored news story of our time. It is simply not politically correct to acknowledge that the Communistic black mobs are committing genocide against white Boers.

Because, you see, it doesn't fit the liberal view of the world to think of white man, the oppressors of the world, as victims. And it doesn't fit the liberal view of the world to see blacks, the ultimate victims, as the oppressors and murderers.

So the genocide continues.

The whites have been disarmed so they can no longer defend themselves.

Will Obama speak out about this?

No. In fact, his divisive anti-white rhetoric has stirred up blacks in our country to act the same way. Black-on-white violence is becoming more common and more outrageous. The most recent incident was when eight blacks assaulted a white in Baltimore -- in broad daylight. Blacks don't even fear the police anymore apparently. They know that police will sweep the incident under the rug in the name of political correctness, and the media will cover it up.

 

The lesson cannot be clearer.

Before they kill you, they have to take away your guns.

The Second Amendment is worth fighting for. And its worth dying for.

Nearly two decades after apartheid ended, South Africa is becoming a de facto one-party state. The liberal opposition—the Democratic Alliance (DA), led by a doughty white woman and former anti-apartheid journalist, Helen Zille—has the right ideas, calling above all for the ANC to respect the constitution. The DA has made electoral gains, climbing to 17% of the vote in the last general election in 2009 and 24% in local elections last year. It runs Cape Town and the encompassing Western Cape province better than the ANC runs most of the rest of the country. But most blacks see the DA as too white, and still have a deep-seated loyalty to the ANC—whatever its failings—as the party of Mr Mandela and liberation. That still gives the ANC over 60% of the vote. For the foreseeable future the DA has no earthly chance of national power. Most of all, South Africa needs political competition. Its neighbours to the north are moving away from the one-party systems that dragged them to corruption and stagnation for decades. South Africa is heading in the opposite direction. The best hope for the country in years to come is a real split in the ANC between the populist left and the fat-cat right to offer a genuine choice for voters. Until that happens, South Africa is doomed to go down as the rest of Africa goes up.

While very bad that 3000 farmers have been killed since 1994 it is not a genocide and to call it such is to bring disrespect to the term and to real genocide victims.

 

The people vote for who they want in power and they want the ANC.

 

Indeed, where are the media? If we weren't reliant on corporate media, we might be told about this and told to care about it. It would probably help if there were some oil interests at stake.

And I'm not the one who called it genocide, a respected anti-genocide organization did.

The Boer farmers were deliberately disarmed by the government, which has made them defenseless against roving black mobs.

It's still two stages short of full-scale genocide but the murder rate of Boer farmers are three times higher than the rest of SA population according to the paper by this liberal human rights group.

The figures you are using are over 18 years. 166 a year or 3.1 a week. 50 people get murdered in South Africa every day so your farmers are making up 0.4 percent of deaths per day in South Africa. On top of that there are another 50 attempted murders per day.

I agree that white farmers appear to be particularily targeted, but they are also good targets for crime (isolated locales with lots to steal). I would also point out that South Africa has one of the highest murder rates in the world. You should also keep in mind that South Africa has an incredibly bad crime problem.

Three thousand victims in 18 years sounds like a lot, but just gun-related murders in South Africa in 2011 were over thirty thousand, and the murder rate has actually been going down gradually since it reached a high in 2007. When you add in manslaughters, assaults and sexual assaults, there is no way I want to be a tourist in SA.

This is clear evidence of media ignorance. Whites are a minority in the world, believe it or not. Whenever there's genocide against minorities, it's all over the news. Some examples are, the Holocaust, Segregation, and such others. However, since whites ARE seen as the oppressors of the world, it has been ignored by local, and world, media. It is morally unacceptable to condemn an entire race simply because certain peoples in that race have done morally unsound and unethical actions.

 

This horrific trend predates the Obama administration.
