It makes no difference if Hamas agrees with the Oslo Accord or not.
They are still bound by the legalities within the Oslo Accord.

If they choose not to accept the Accord that's their problem and if they choose not to recognize Israel then Israel has no duty to worry about a non existent state's sovereignty in it's air space. Anyway you look at it you lose.

They aren't organized, a peace agreement cannot work.

Until US gets off its dependence on Arab oil, Israel cannot properly defend itself by sending a nuclear bomb there, because that will send gas prices too high for Americans to go to work.

That is why we are concerned with what the Arabs do, atrocities go on all over the world that deserve more focus than this.

If Hamas chooses to ignore long standing treaties that's their choice, and you'd expect as much from the people that fire hundreds upon hundreds of rockets into Israel indiscriminately. The law and decency means nothing to them.

But by no means is Israel denied their right to fly drones over Gaza because the thugs in Hamas don't recognize a nation the rest of the world does routinely. So whether Hamas recognizes Israel or not has no bearing on Israel exercising their right to fly over Gaza as
established by the Seven Day War and the Oslo Accord.

I guess if Gaza doesn't like it they can get their Air Force to stop Israel from flying their drones...OR they can join the civilized world and stop their war on a nation with every right to exist in peace.

See if you can wrap your confused mind around that.

We are talking about drones. Do you know what drones are and are capable of? Would you be opposed to China flying armed drones over NYC or LA? Would that be OK in your book? Trying comparing apples to apples......

How does this vary from your so called argument (Palestinians good...Israelis bad)?
Your sad arguments notwithstanding Israel will fly drones over Gaza as they have the right and Hamas cannot stop them.

When Iran stops propping up the thugs in Hamas and the Palestinians get tired of ass whippings from Israel then people in the region
can live their lives in peace and the issues caused by criminal rocket attacks will simply fade away.

Where will you unload your venomous hate then?

No.....apples to oranges. How bout Russia or Iran flying a drone, armed with missiles, over Miami beach? How about during a Florida Gators game? Would that be ok? Of course not.

Iran and Russia are not at war with the US, Hamas is at war with Israel (with the ultimate objective to wipe it off the map in case you are not aware of Hamas goals). Apples and oranges indeed.

So....there is no ceasefire? You don't consider flying drones over a country YOU claim they are at war with a hostile act? Of course you don't. I would consider Iran, China and even Mexico flying a armed drone over US territory a hostile act.

How about if Muslims majorities in portions of Michigan coalesce into an autonomous enclave that fires missiles into Ohio and Indiana? Would drone surveilance flights be appropriate then?
Let's make the example an apt one.

You've stopped even pretending to argue the issue. This constitutes the same thing as a dog rolling on it's back and exposing it's throat. Good move!

Yes I do tend to stop defending my position when I have already proven it beyond a doubt. I also tend to treat fools like what they are.

Sure there is a ceasefire, it just covered certain aspects of the situation, it was not an all-inclusive deal. It covered rocket attacks, assassinations of Hamas leaders, non-rearmament of Hamas, the easing of the blockade by Israel...THE CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT DID NOT ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF DRONES, the drones therefore don't violate the ceasefire. Duh, do I really have to explain such simple stuff?

You probably didn't see the diminutive 'uk' (lower case) on that person's profile.

Oh, snap! You've tried to turn the tables on me. How clever. Too bad the rest of your posts aren't half as smart. You'd have a point, every now and then (probably).
