Then supposing that women pick jobs for the conditions they are more intelligent than men Or I am more womanly, because I pick a job for the conditions.

How much a person works is a personal choice, but the amount one works (more or less) determines one's economic worth to an employer. If one person works 75% more than the other why should the more industrious worker not be paid considerably more?

 

Obviously if that person is a slave, at leat be paid more, I agree with that. At least is a better mercenary. What would be injust(and that we see a lot in Spain) is that people working more being paid as if they only worked 8 hours. I don't know in USA how it goes, but for disgrace in Spain is the normal.

But the wage until 8 hours should be the same. For example:

Until 8 hours per day: 10$ per hour
From 8 -10 per day: 15$ per hour
From 10 per day: 20$ per hour

The wages just are to give an idea, it's not necessary to be that percentages.

 

The Lilly Ledbetter thing has nothing to do with gender work and pay. It is a payoff to the trial lawyers.

The Big Law firms have let go literally hundreds of thousands of six-figure a year associates and the partner track has dried up.

How many foreclosures are due to Big Law associates who used to make six figures now swiping EBTs?

So the rest of the practice of law is glutted by guys who used to work the Wall Street/DC beat who are trying to make a go as criminal defense, divorce, or litigation attorneys. They are not making it. Crooks have figured out that a PD is better than that guy who used to be a Sarbanes-Oxley specialist.

Lilly Ledbetter is a lot like the ADA. It is drafted vaguely and allows lots of scope for nebulous lawsuits to be brought on the flimsiest of pretenses and allows for little if any downside to spamming out frivolous lawsuits.

These junk lawsuits will allow ex-Big Law associates a chance to run up big tabs they can fold into contingency fees.

 

The solution is perfectly obvious isn't it?


As a woman, if you want to be allow to get a scholarship and graduate from college, you should be required to undergo sterilization.


It is simply a matter of society having a reasonable expectation of being able to recoupe of their investment.



Think about what the Liberal Elites are facing, with White Men being denied any position above Janitor, and many of those getting degrees not generating much wealth for them to tax and re-distribute, the standard of living of the Liberal Elites might actually start to FALL!


We can not have that!, so, if a woman wants that scholarship and college degree, she'd better be prepaired to put her nose to the grind stone for life! We not educating the woman for HER benefit, we need more productive SLAVES!

Now that's good news. America has like 1.2 million lawyers and they are all useless parasites.

 

I think we can all agree that the equal pay for women thing was just another Democrat sham.

 

I'd say the main reason is because women don't demand as much in pay. If fewer women accepted lower pay, then eventually, salaries would become more equitable.

Granted, there is another side to this. By accepting lower pay, sometimes that gives women an advantage in hiring.

 

Until you NEED one of those "useless parasites"..(and you will).
