    I was an employee and I can tell you how useless the union and the company were and I can tell you how sorry many of the employees were as well.

    I don't care about that. They can give that pocket change to somebody who needs it.

    That Union failed me and left me hanging after I busted my knee. The company failed to follow its written policies. I had DOL and EEOC right to sue papers but there was no nee to pursue because they were in Bankruptcy back in 07 as well. Lawyer told me I would never see a dime and he wanted his money up front. Guess what? He was right.

    I bet most hostess employees do not think their pension was "pocket change"

    they filed in 2005 too if I recall correctly...

    the rich buy the laws, from what I heard was because it came directly out of their check rather then them cash the check and then send in the money... it might not be a crime

    but of course the bk judge let management get their bonuses
