Yet more evidence, as it if were needed, that the very worse of people, rapists, sodomites, paedophiles, drug cartels, money launderers, etc, have effectively usurped so called 'civilised countries', esp the US.

    ***

The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that the kidnapping and illegal transfer of a German national to US custody has violated the most basic guarantees of human decency.

The France-based court ruled on Thursday that the treatment Khalid el-Masri, a German citizen, who was detained at an airport in Macedonia in 2003, suffered at the hands of a CIA rendition team amounted to torture.

El-Masri, who was kidnapped due to the fact that his name was identical to that of an al-Qaeda terrorist, was “severely beaten, sodomized, shackled and hooded, and subjected to total sensory deprivation” by the CIA rendition team in the presence of Macedonian authorities.

He was later transferred to a CIA-run prison in Afghanistan without access to his family, a lawyer or German consular officers.

According to el-Masri, he was kept in Afghanistan for four months before US officials realized he had been mistakenly detained. They then sent him to Albania where he was placed on a commercial flight back to German and advised against telling anyone about his ordeal.

The el-Masri case was originally filed against the Macedonian government as the court does not have jurisdiction over the US. However, the ruling is a powerful condemnation of the CIA over its rendition techniques, which amount to torture.

The CIA has declined to comment on the ruling.

    Utter filth.

Who the hell does that sort of thing, really, no wonder no one respects the US, no wonder people are just disgusted with the depravity.

It is nothing short of a shocking disgrace.

Not just torture, but sodomy FFS. Seriously, these people are our enemies, the enemies of anyone with a grain of humanity and decency.

And don't doubt for one second either, than the person they got to carry out this act of sickness was a 'dual citizen'. Remember that den of vice and filth, in the Iraqi prison?

    **

With mounting evidence that a shadowy group of former Israeli Defense Force and General Security Service (Shin Bet) Arabic-speaking interrogators were hired by the Pentagon under a classified "carve out" sub-contract to brutally interrogate Iraqi prisoners at Baghdad’s Abu Ghraib prison, one only needs to examine the record of abuse of Palestinian and Lebanese prisoners in Israel to understand what Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld meant, when referring to new, yet to be released photos and videos, he said, "if these images are released to the public, obviously its going to make matters worse."

According to a political appointee within the Bush administration and U.S. intelligence sources, the interrogators at Abu Ghraib included a number of Arabic-speaking Israelis who also helped U.S. interrogators develop the "R2I" (Resistance to Interrogation) techniques. Many of the torture methods were developed by the Israelis over many years of interrogating Arab prisoners on the occupied West Bank and in Israel itself.

Clues about worse photos and videos of abuse may be found in Israeli files about similar abuse of Palestinian and other Arab prisoners. In March 2000, a lawyer for a Lebanese prisoner kidnapped in 1994 by the Israelis in Lebanon claimed that his client had been subjected to torture, including rape. The type of compensation offered by Rumsfeld in his testimony has its roots in cases of Israeli torture of Arabs. In the case of the Lebanese man, said to have been raped by his Israeli captors, his lawyer demanded compensation of $1.47 million. The Public Committee Against Torture in Israel documented the types of torture meted out on Arab prisoners. Many of the tactics coincide with those contained in the Taguba report: beatings and prolonged periods handcuffed to furniture. In an article in the December 1998 issue of The Progressive, Rabbi Lynn Gottlieb reported on the treatment given to a 23-year old Palestinian held on "administrative detention." The prisoner was "cuffed behind a chair 17 hours a day for 120 days . . . [he] had his head covered with a sack, which was often dipped in urine or feces. Guards played loud music right next to his ears and frequently taunted him with threats of physical and sexual violence." If additional photos and videos document such practices, the Bush administration and the American people have, indeed, "seen nothing yet."

Although it is still largely undocumented if any of the contractor named in the report of General Antonio Taguba were associated with the Israeli military or intelligence services, it is noteworthy that one, John Israel, who was identified in the report as being employed by both CACI International of Arlington, Virginia, and Titan, Inc., of San Diego, may not have even been a U.S. citizen.

And Americans wonder why their society is crumbling there, and why their own people go around shooting each other.

But still, they fail to see that the sickness is originating from the top, before becoming part of the wider psyche.

Since the US elitisists often cheer murder, death, killing, and theft, and call it justice, I fail to see why their citizens can be expected to behave any other way, and on that basis, if someone has the might, do they not have the right to kill with impunity, as long as they dress the terms up sweet, and say that they were 'liberating' their victimes?

Or is it just rich murderers that get to do that?

US - subverted totally by Zionist Jews, on so many levels, it would literally take hours to list ALL the org's, and ALL the names.

Not even up for debate anymore, only deniers and those that know full well but whose job it is to keep denying, can say otherwise.

The more pervasive it has been in the US, the more the behaviours of the US mirror the sick excesses of those that have subverted them.

'Many years ago, as I noted in my book Arafat, Terrorist or Peacemaker?, Abu Iyad, Fatah’s intelligence chief, told me that most Palestinians who became Israeli assets did so because they were told that their mothers, or their wives, or their daughters or their sisters would be raped if they didn’t do what Israel’s security agencies wanted. “It’s Israel’s standard procedure,” Abu Iyad said. (During Israel’s ground and air assault on Beirut in 1982, a Palestinian woman came to Abu Iyad and confessed that she was an Israeli agent, one of 30 who were reporting on Arafat’s movements to enable Israeli jets to zero in and bomb him to pieces. Abu Iyad had the other 29 rounded up and shot. He didn’t tell Arafat until they were dead because he knew the chairman would have insisted on mercy and forgiven them).'

Why do people still wonder why their society/culture/call it what you will, has become perverse?

    They are learning, from above.

Kill it, shoot it, sodomise it, torture it, dehumanise, debase, engage in every possible perversity...and call it 'democracy'.

Gives me the puke, that is how vile it is.
