Whatever country you are in, doesn't matter, all can take part. Think of me as Benetton.

Forget constitutions, parliments, bureacracy, etc, and imagine you were in sole charge of shaping a model for your nation, and the majority of people, that would take it forward, into the next 50yrs. You can change anything you want, pass any laws you wish, but you are limited to ten points of your 'manifesto', so it may be a good idea to ensure they cover a range of things.

Remember, 'dictator' need not be for the bad, not if your actions were altruistic, innovative, and improved people's lives. Some would say it could even get more good things done, faster, and better. And cheaper.

Hoping for some well thought out ideas here, not just the usual 'shut the libs up', sort of thing.

Just ten points, with a short line, briefly expaining each.

Naturally, some of your answers will be influenced by location, etc.

1) Immediate withdrawal from the EU. In pragmatic terms, it costs the nation £30mill a day to be in it, you devolve much of your national powers, and I do not consider that the bulk of people of my nation get a direct enough benefit from being in it, when off set against all the cost, and devolution of our own powers. Good relations with those still remaining in it, including trade relations, would naturally remain a position to be encouraged.

2) My country (Scotland), is small, and I would break up the union. It has run it's course, and only fear is holding people back, plus negative propaganda, from those with a vested interest. There is no reason at all why a country of our size needs to be part of this union anymore, and there is no doubt, if you look at Norway, Finland, etc, these are examples of small countries, with a not totally dissimilar culture, who quietly and properly, generally do just fine . Therefore, if they can do it (Denmark too), there is no reason why Scotland cannot.

3) I would not keep the sterling. Why do so? If you are now a country in your own right, have your own currency. It is a good thing, not to be feared, despite those that would fear monger (and they would). Coin your own currency, from your own central bank, and ensure that it was a true central bank, and not the plaything of 'foreign investors', and that no part of it could be owned by the Rothschilds, or by any of their proxy agents. Banks could issue loans, but only with a v small fee, to cover operating costs. Ideally, it would be a non fiat currency, and ways of doing that would be explored.

4) At least to a much larger degree, I would work to make my country more immune to outside economic happenings. So that when financial shysters caused recessions and crashes, we could be buffered from it. Number 3 would be one part of doing that. There would have to be many parts to it, but I would also, on a nationwide scale, encourage far more concepts such as getting whole towns to do trading in time banking.

5) There would be no nukes to purchase, maintain, or host, as we do. None of the costs. Now or in the future. I would see no need. Not when the cost is massive, and would probably pay for many of my other ideas. Nuke war is v unlikley, and, if there were one, and if our airspace were under threat, it would be protected anyway. There would be no logical need for a country of 5millon in N Europe to have them.

6) I would withdraw ALL Scottish soldiers, from any deployment, anywhere they may be, in the ME. Right away. All and every last one. I would draw up a list of all the Scottish soldiers who had died or been badly injured, in conflicts they were lied into, by Blair. Those brought back, who had served for a time, their needs would be met, without quibble, in terms of housing, or any other assistance. I would deploy the best lawyers to bring Blair to trial and have all his assets frozen, as well as all those also complicit, in his cabinet. If found guilty, under the proceeds of crime act, I would liquidate all their wealth, and pay it to the families of the soldiers whose sons were murdered, by lies.

7) I would still maintain a strong and v well trained home guard army though. In the unlikely event of an invasion, or some other requirement. However, I would want the very highest, and not just okay standards. Certainly, it would be seen as an accolodate to be accepted (since they would never be misused, and they would be looked after), but only the best standards, at every level, would be acceptable. It is possible they could still take on a civilian job as well, since they would not be deployed, each day.

We already have a not bad NHS. But. It could be a lot better. Too much money wasted on tiers of management, people often not even from a medical or doctor background. Get rid of all that waste, we can be leaner, and employ more important staff, like doctors, nurses, surgeons, specialits, etc. Let the medical professionals themselves work to reshape it, so that, in 10yrs, it would be the best in the World.

9) We already have pretty good access to education, free from financial prejudice, but again, it can be made better. Too many state schools are run down, shabby looking, and the curriculum is often unimaginative, boring, with classes that are still too large. I would order a study into the country that has the best state schools in the World, or at least, in Europe. I would then engage the services of an expert panel, to revamp the curriculum. Objective? Again, in ten years, the best, most interesting, and most forward thinking education for all.

10) Total break up of all media monopolies, be they press or tv. Just ban it. Instead, I would encourage more indie owned media, but they would have to take a new pledge of journalistic allegiance, to check their sources, and investigate stories correctly. Only the highest and best journalistic standard would be acceptable. If this means lifting the pressures on them, for 24/7 media, good, I would sooner have better quality.

Obviously, there are other areas I have to leave out, but that would be my approx model.

1) Complete Balanced Budget. You can't borrow anymore. Allow for a buffer as part of the budget for emergencies, but that's it.

2) No more placing the military, not even one boot on a ground on foreign soil, unless Congress approves. Any violation of that is an impeachable offense.

3) Privatization of Social Security. Also, maximum two years of Welfare for life, or just eliminate it. Get the Feds out of education, completely divest to state or local control.

4) Speaking of education, any kid who's failing in the schools starting in say, the 7th grade? Boot them out and make them work cleaning roads and sidewalks until they're 18. Let's have the kids who want to learn free to learn without the failures gumming up the works.

5) Illegal Immigrants: Illegal means against the law. Deport 'em all. Change the laws so that their kids also go. Alternately, change our laws so that they completely copy Mexico's immigration laws. (Spoiler Alert: They have extremely tough guidelines for illegals there.) If it means we have to build the Great Wall of America between the US and Mexico - well, we do need a good works project.

As a person who lived under communism and capitalism, I have a great burning desire to become a dictator. here it goes:

- Be very compassionate and determined in uniting all world governments into one, to make a one world government. this is to avoid wars, price manipulations, such as jobs going to china just so speculants can make a buck by trading at the expense of slave labor and American jobs. will eliminate places for criminals to hide such as by going to Israel or some other country. will eliminate sex slavery, child trafficking. will end wars. I deeply despise anyone who disagrees with me on uniting the world, although as my signature suggests, willing to forgive up to the point.

- With myself as an example, I will demand that there shall be no career politicians, and that all leaders must have worked before in some type of construction business with their hands, so that to understand the damage of dropping bombs, understand the value of labor first hand, so they would not even have plans deep inside their heads for taking nations into wars. Lawyers seem to lack that understanding. I will very brutally slaughter any fraud politicians with their families first, because I understand the suffering they caused to many, including myself in the past however, again, as my signature suggests, everyone shall have one chance to repent and save themselves, because even myself I am not perfect and would prefer to be forgiven.

- I would establish a law that requires all business oriented media outlets to run 10 second adds on their radio/television or 2”x 2” adds on their web sites or news papers stating the following: “you have an alternative to watch this political coverage on a non biased national public media outlet” – only this will keep the balance between socialism and capitalism, other wise the media can pretend to be whatever it wants, but it is simply controlled by big money, and society and justice are completely left out in their circus of hypocrisy. public media outlet will be very strictly regulated by elected management, and no money will be made – anyone attempting to influence the people working for public media, will be exterminated with their families like a disease they are.

- I would establish a law which would be enforced by a strict military rule, that people on welfare can not continue having babies or else lose their public funding. they would however, have a choice to be extradited to a lawless island, where they can live as they wish, as would drug addicts, alcoholics and anyone else who is nuisance to society. there would be no online gaming, porn or entertainment access to the families on public assistance, which with todays technological advancements is very easily achievable.

- All private prisons would be abolished and run by the government, and be completely self sustainable – all prisoners will either work and be productive, or be put to sleep. zero tolerance of crazy guards or prisoners who abuse others – video technology makes decision making easy, and anyone assaulting guards or abusing prisoners immediately gets put to sleep. likewise in schools, any bullies on repeated offense shall be transferred to juvenile prisons. along with anyone trying to fight for their rights. as a matter of fact a lot of lawyers would in fact be very, very oppressed under my dictatorship.

- After 4 years, I would have the dignity (or whatever the right word is) to step down from my position of power with explanation – that anyone who attempts to hold on to power or manipulate elections, shall also be exterminated like a cockroach. I would be an excellent dictator that all world would love, and possibly be assassinated in the end for being accessible and going right back into the world which I came from, but that is what I would do, because that is what is right. and I know that my sacrifice, even of my life perhaps, would/will not be in vain. 1) ban any racial/sexual preference system. it would be illegal to show hiring preference to a man, woman, black, white, etc based on that condition.
2) reform the education system to give parents a voucher option. parochial schools would be allowed as a voucher option.
3) reform the voting system. no one would be allowed to vote in a system where they pay no taxes. to vote for President, you would have to receive less in federal income taxes than you pay (same for Senate vote at Fed level)'. to vote for house (state and Fed level) you would have to pay more state taxes than you receive in benefits and returns combined. to vote in local elections you would have to pay local property taxes generally.

I am against vouchers bnecause it means private schools, who more often than not only accept people of specific religions, would be allowed to use public money to discriminate based on religion. This just does not sit well with me. If a parent wants to send their kid to a private school, they can file for grants and we can extend student loans to be used for private grade, middle and high schools, but they should not be given vouchers for nothing.

1. I would withdraw from the EU. We pay in much more than we get back. We have lost some of our sovereignity to it, I want it back; (some) things should be as decentralised as possible. And it's a slow and cumbersome beaurocratic and legeslative behemoth. Sweden can negotiate treaties with favourable conditions with other countries as it sees fit without any union, as we should. There can be a common defense policy for europe, and a free trade area. And again, such things can be dealt with country to country, the EU is superflous.

2. Close co-operation in all fields with our scandinavian nieghbors. We are very similar in all ways, and our goals are the same. We're stronger together. An alliance, a free trade area, joint foreign policy, maybe a nordic federal state. colaboration in all ways really, as long as the people want it.

3. Reform the judicial system. Harder punishments, including torture, castration and death. Following a "eye for an eye" policy, unless it was an accident.

4. People on welfare can't vote.

5. A more restrivtive immigration policy which should look to what we need economically need, ie no illiterate somali shepherds when we have a surplus of low educated workforce, but doctors are welcome. AND so that the country is always 90%, or more, swedish, white and christian (culturally or believing).

6. A strong assimilation policy which means that swedish culture will be encouraged, but not other cultures as they currently are. No state funds to kurdish culture or islamic schools.

7. reform the welfare system. it should be a safety net, not a safety hamock. People shouldn't ever be comfortable down there, it should pay off to work hard but if you fall you should get help up again.

8. Join the NATO. Being neutral isn't an option, we do more good by supporting those with democracy and freedom as their goals. The US are our friends and we should show it.
