Do you or do you not agree with the prosecution that there is "no" evidence conflicting with GZ's testimony that he was headed back to his vehicle?

 

They have evidence.. George has told a dozen whoppers.. that absolutely are exposed by the forensic evidence.

How did Tryvon's phone and George's flashlight wind up so far south of the T? Its not magic..

 

If they have evidence then why did they give sworn testimony that they didn't? Do you believe the prosecution committed perjury? Do you think the prosecution can try to make your argument after swearing under oath that there is no evidence that GZ was not headed back to his vehicle?

 

He could have been headed back to his truck with a detour going south down the dog walk.

If George had shot and killed your son, wouldn't you want to know how his flashlight and TM's cellphone were found where GZ said he didn't go?

 

If he took a detour then at that point he was not headed back to the truck. The prosecution's sworn testimony has made this argument worthless. The prosecution will not be able to run with your theories in court. I don't know what the prosecution has to argue as they have also admitted they don't know that TM didn't start the physical altercation. I have no idea what they can argue at this point.

George will be asked that question in court. He will also be asked where his car was parked.

don't worry kuddy, Obama will show up in court to speak for his adopted son Trayvon. There was more evidence to convict OJ and Casey Anthony than there is on GZ, but it all boils down to politics and PC doesn't it. we have become a very screwed up nation.

 

Just as in the OJ case, the authorities are extorting a judicial decision in order to avoid causing a race riot. Real Americans would welcome one and mow the rioters down.

Neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman made statements to police that help establish his guilt in the second-degree murder case against him for killing unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin, according to prosecutors.


The claim in a court filing on Thursday said a number of Zimmerman's statements were 'contradictory' and 'inconsistent' with other evidence gathered in the Sanford, Florida case where the 28-year-old is accused of killing the boy, 17, on February 26.

There aren't going to be any riots.

 

You're assuming GZ will even take the stand. If all the prosecution can come up with for a case is that they don't know how a flashlight and a cell ended up south of the T then there is no need for GZ to take the stand.
