I strongly suspect that these government statistics were put out to be intentionally misleading. I question whether the offenses committed by the white offenders were as bad as those committed by the "asian" offenders. Do you have any additional details about what constitutes offense? Because I have a feeling most of the offenses were just "sexual harassment" - nothing too serious at all - what with all the crazy feminism taking little things so seriously. whereas in the ethnic neighborhoods this type of harassment happens all the time and no one ever does anything about it.
