If it's 100% proven that the sub-human murdered the baby take the sub-human up in a plane and throw it out at ten thousand feet on live TV over Lake Michigan. Then have a hundred planes lined up on the run way and bring bus loads of sub-humans to get the 'flight of their lives'....on live TV. That is the only way to curb the sub-humans behavior.

Honestly, I am not certain. I do know I want them jailed for a very long time at the very least, and I want any chances at parole to be very difficult to obtain. They will really have to proove they have reformed to be released to the general populace, in my opinion.
