available way overdue { not timely } then a Judge has an appointed duty to

Which member of the Zimmerman family wanted this celebrity? Which one was it that tried to trademark Treyvon Martin's name? Who was smeared by the media... and the president again? Who holds rallies? Who is trying to raise awareness? This was predicated on stirring racial tension for an underlying gun control argument. It was pimped by your side. You are just all in.

Margot, the defense is supposed to be granted discovery in a timely manner. That certainly hasn't happened.

Oh I fully expect he will get a settlement from media outlets editing tapes for the express intent of misleading the viewers as to the facts. The media ruined this case. A fair trial is just very difficult to see materializing.
