"Either Zimmerman is completely guilty or they both are. See how unbiased I am?"

You sure you are not doing drugs? What I posted meant nothing of the sort. Not even close.

    This is what Dee said.

“It started to rain so he decided to walk through another complex because it was raining to [sic] hard. He started walking then noticed someone was following him. Then he decided to find a shortcut cause the man wouldn’t follow him. Then he said the man didn’t follow him again. Then he looked back and saw the man again. The man started getting closer. Then Trevon turned around and said why are you following me. Then I heard him fall, then the phone hung up.”

He said he was on his way to Target but when he was arrested George only had a few quarters on his person and no wallet.

    Another lie.

    ROTFLMBAO!!!

Not feeling any ill effects from having been punched in the face multiple times with MMA style blows and having had his head slammed into the concrete multiple times?

You just admitted that George lied about why he felt he had to kill Trayvon that night, right?

Uh yes it will and you purposely dodged the question which is: If George were lying on his back and Trayvon were sitting on top of George's chest straddling him how did George get his gun out?

Trayvon had long legs and they would have blocked any attempt that George would have made to obtain his gun from either side, but if you watch the re-enactment video you see that George pulls the gun from behind him which would have been impossible if he had been lying on the ground with Trayvon on top of him.

That's another lie against George. He wasn't lying on his back when he shot Trayvon and the trajectory of the bullet proves that both George and Trayvon were standing when George murdered Trayvon.

And some 60 to 80 seconds later, Martin had a bullet in his heart.

Dad has been dead for some years, not much chance he would read it.
But I can garantee he would agree with me 100%.
Nothing outlandish that I have said either.
All evidence points to the fact that Trayvon threw the first punch and was the aggresor.
That was the first illegal move on anyones part that afternoon.
That is what the case comes down to.

You are mistaking what is fact, what is legal and what is illegal.
Why wouldnt Zimmerman be able to get his gun out? You dont know where he carried it, if his arms were free enough or not. You are making all kinds of assumptions.
And those assumptions wont even make it into the trial.

    - - - Updated - - -

More assumptions that have no direct impact on who did what and what was the first illegal move.
    Keep trying.

No not more assumptions just testing George's truthfulness about the events that night and George is a big failure.

You can continue to throw out 'legal' and 'illegal' yet you don't understand how criminal trials are run. You're the one who needs to keep trying.

Yea, so clear cut that the chief of police quit within a week or so.
Also it was reported that there had been issues with the investigator Serino and Zimmerman.
I dont know the validity of that, but it was on the news.
More speculation, more assumptions based on a news report.
And not much of it germain to the case.

No, it will just encourage others to defend their neighborhoods and themselves. That would cheat people out of their reparations on Whitey. Where's your warm and fuzzy social conscience? Why aren't you wracked with feelings of guilt? I get so mad at the idea of rewarding people for protecting us that I might just suckerpunch you, pound your head into the pavement, and steal the keys to your SUV!!!

Sorry you didn't realize that I was being sarcastic. Did anyone else think I was actually criticizing you?

I took a hit off the pipe of smug moral superiority that the Trayvestites offered me. I threw up, but that's because I'm an innocent child who looks like Joe Biden's grandson. I'll get better at it.

Itj'll all come out in a court of law as to who did what and where. My point is if zimmerman had followed the instructions of the trained dispatcher, he wouldn't be standing trial right now.

You also missed that he grabbed his wife's gun by mistake.

That just proves that George was in a hurry that night. I wonder why.

Was it because he stopped to get his gun after he had spotted Trayvon while he was visiting his sister or was it because one of the residents saw Trayvon and called George?

That advice was given with the idea that George might get hurt. Not liking to be nannied, he instead decided to bravely do his duty to his neighborhood. Wanting us to hide behind Mommy's skirts (in the form of nanny-government agents) to protect us from ever becoming strong and defiant is a sign of the times. No real man would have listened to the dispatcher's insulting nannying.

If he's convicted and sentenced to jail time, at least he'll know that he didn't hide behind his mommy's skirt. He was a real man trying to do his duty to protect the public! He'll have a lot of time to ponder those thoughts for sure.
