With respect AFAIK - UNGA 181 (non-binding ) was a proposal subject to further negotiation, by UN Envoy Count Bernardotte , who Zionists terrorists promptly murdered when they learnt his report was'nt totally as they initially expected.



However , I agree when the Zionist entity was finally recognized as a UN member , its borders was as first proposed in UNGA Res 181.
