Perhaps whether or not gay marriage affects other marriages of adults already set in their ways is not the question. It's the example it sets for impressionable youngsters that is the issue.

Oh, and did you know that 60%+ of all HIV/AIDS cases are from gay men? Did you know that treating someone with HIV for the duration and the heroics as they succomb to AIDS costs over $500,000 per patient? And that most patients become indigent very early on with the disease because of its debilitating qualities? Therefore, the public picks up that tab? Or private insurers. Private insurance companies must surely be balking at the idea of carrying gay spouses in addition to their high risk gay primary coverage? I heard that private insurers are thinking, therefore, of dropping ALL spouses if gay marriage becomes legal.

So, there you go. That's how gay marriage can hurt hetero marriages..in addition to children...

So HIV is now going to be subsidized AND on an exponential increase via the normalizing process. Fasten your seatbelts...an increase of boys getting HIV at 34% over the last two decades' norm just since gay marriage started becoming "legal" [judicially legislated], means at $500K per patient, this is going to make the social security bankruptcy issue look like a cake walk in comparison..

There is now no need for them to be high profile, and not in this manner.
