    You know, that car of his - he actually got a really good deal on it. The miles are high (148k) but it looks to be in very good shape. Heck, the inside alone has so many blinky lights, it's like the USS Enterprise in there.

    Is she in jail AGAIN? Geesh, didn't we just raise bail for her last month? Darn, I was gonna ask her for tips to make the Ragu I'm warming up tonight taste like her homemade gravy. Maybe if I put enough meatballs in it, nobody will notice.

    You know what? Yer driving me crazy. LM posted, and I answered, and then I couldn't find my post. Turned out we were at the cafe.

    Olive oil, onion, garlic, 4 cans of crushed tomato. Cook good Italian sausage in the pan. Dump the onions in. Dump the garlic in. Dump the tomato in. Dump some basil in. I use Adobo but salt and pepper will do. There is the start of an excellent gravy. Put it in freezer bags and its ready to go. You want muchrooms in it sautee them and dump them in when you take the gravy out of the freezer to cook. You have the base there. No Jar Sauce!

    Im not in jail. Well almost. Im painting the house.
