If a white homeless guy attacked several black people while yelling "I HATE BLACK PEOPLE", I highly doubt progressives would be as quick to dismiss this story as just some homeless person going nuts. I believe a hate crime charge would be made against him.

We have no evidence of that so far, do we? We can speculate on whether he is an alien from the planet XR3 too, if you wish. All we can ascertain from the story is that he really didn't like white people.

 

Maybe... maybe not. I imagine a psychological eval would be done, also a search for mental
illness history would be done too.

Since black on white crime is so pervasive in our society, especially lately, maybe the left will invent a new "condition" that can explain away what is happening. We can't object, it's a medical condition!

A yes or no, come on it isn't hard.
Here as example of answering a question, to your question I would say yes the comments show intent of a "hate crime." I however don't know the exact legal defination of "hate crime" for where this incident took place and I am not a lawyer.

I highly doubt this mental illness would be specialized enough to only single out white people for attack. I would find that very coincidental, given the high amount of anti-white crimes that have been occurring recently.

 

I'm not so sure. Coincidence and liberal thinking seem to draw upon one another like a black hole sucking up planets, on a massive level...

 

Who cares, and what does it matter if he is sane or not? It didn't matter to the very same people defending this guy, when Zimmerman was being accused of commiting a hate crime, and this was even after the FBI could find no racial motivation to Zimmerman's actions. Hell he was acquitted and these same folks were still up in arms trying to get the DOJ to investigate further. The double standard knows no bounds.

And there's no evidence that he is crazy. You're just injecting that because it's more comfortable than acknowledging a black on white crime occurred.

Reading the posts here on PF it would be easy to think that these are the only crimes that ever occur.

Yes I am assuming- based upon his actions- that he is a crazy homeless person. And having seen enough crazy homeless people in my life, it is not particularly unusual to hear stupid racist crap coming from their mouths.

When it comes to interracial crime between blacks and whites, that impression is right. It is a one way street 90% of the time.
