3 men charged after women claims rape after reading a rumor she was on social media

While I see your point and agree, during freshman orientation I can remember the females being told as a safety measure to not walk the campus alone at night, hence the reason for all the emergency phones all over college campuses.

 

WOW!!! So this women clams she is raped because she saw rumors and people talking about it on Facebook. Now these men are being tried and having their names dragged through the mud because this women “think” she was raped.

Its just like the Duke case all over again.

 

Yes, but that needs to be in the back of her mind. No one expects to get raped but you need to take precautions. One precaution is to not get mind-bogglingly inebriated where you can't function or can't protect yourself. If I live in a bad neighborhood, should I go get my pack of cigarettes at the 24/7 Walmart at 2 AM or to the corner liquor store that I know serves as a haven for thugs?

 

And how is that going to stop some women from calming you raped it anyway and dragging your name through the mud like the Duke players. And the Duke case it always a good example as they were charged and then dropped.

 

Kind of like Obama! He's an American citizen up until he needs to be foreign born to get college grants.

Twenty-seven percent (27%) of these complainants admitted they had fabricated their accusation just before taking the polygraph or right after they failed the test. (It should be noted that whenever there was any doubt, the unresolved case was re-classified as a "proven" rape.) Combining this 27% with the initial 212 "disproved" cases, it was determined that approximately 45% of the total rape allegations were false.

straight men are naturally drawn to skimpy-clothed, beautiful, women - it's innate. the problem is is that some men can't just look, they push, and push, and eventually you have rapists who simply don't give a fudge and will look at a woman as a sex rag and use her accordingly. the problem with guys like you is that you think all men are the same - and for that you're an idiot. what's worst is that your idiotic belief has made its way into the minds of beautiful young women who think dressing slutty and getting drunk is safe because all men are moral.

 

Maybe she also had pelvic bruising. Dunno. What I do know is that all three of these guys are ALSO charged with making false statements... and the military court determined there was enough to go forward.

The men dragged their OWN names "through the mud" by talking about it.

And men can take their OWN "precautions" by NOT having sex with chicks they don't know at a party. Thereby not having any chance of their sexual exploits with a stranger can be called rape.

Are you aware there are women out there without a conscience, sadists. who have no concept of right/wrong, legal/illegal. These women cannot be reasoned with or expected to be moral.

You do men no service by excusing them getting drunk and having sex with random women they do not know. They asked for trouble and brought it upon themselves.
