Forget the Byzantium Empire. Can anyone name any 19th, 20th or 21st Century... Arab Scientist, Novelist, Philosopher, Engineer (other than bomb specialist), contribution to Medical Science, etc? Bet you can not.
Doesn't technically count, but you're totally race baiting here and I hope this thread gets locked or deleted for your BS. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kal_Penn
Sorry! No race baiting. Just need information for a paper-brief. - - - Updated - - - Well, you can't use the 50% Arab POTUS as an answer with his bogus Peace Prize
His 'dead-beat' father ... In his Kenyan ID papers was identified as 96% Arab. Of course this wasn't brought out by CNN, etc - - - Updated - - - Explain what this terrorist achieved?
What Kenyan ID papers? Do you have a link? Kenya was British East Africa.. Obama's father wasn't a dead beat. He went to Harvard... ultimately married a Jewish woman and had more sons.

There are 165 Jews listed as opposed to 6 from the Arab side.
The Byzantines were Arabs? Who the hell cares about Jews and Nobel prizes? Kissinger and Obama have one so what ?
It has to be remembered that Nobel prizes dont simply go to the smartest person doing research in that year. It often goes to the people with the greatest resources available. Brian Schmidt an Australian winner of the 2011 Physics award was only in a position to do so because being a member of an American team, had access to equipment only a tiny fraction of researchers around the world can access. It took them over 5 years to get funding, then access to the facilities they needed to explore an idea that had been around for a generation. The laugh is they won the prize because their research bombed and they discovered something else by accident
BTW, I think most Islamphobes would agree with this sentiment- "And the fulfillment of this first demand will then open up the way for all the other reforms. And here is one thing that perhaps distinguishes us from you as far as our programme is concerned, although it is very much in the spirit of things: our attitude to the Muslim problem. For us, this is not a problem you can turn a blind eye to-one to be solved by small concessions. For us, it is a problem of whether our nation can ever recover its health, whether the Islamic spirit can ever really be eradicated. Don't be misled into thinking you can fight a disease without killing the carrier, without destroying the bacillus. Don't think you can fight racial tuberculosis without taking care to rid the nation of the carrier of that racial tuberculosis. This Islamic contamination will not subside, this poisoning of the nation will not end, until the carrier himself, the Muslim, has been banished from our midst."
Look at who won it and for what reason on the Arab side. People should care if they noticed that there is also Nobel prizes in things like medicine, physics, chemistry, etc. etc. Fields that can really advance civilization and help people live longer. Why with the huge population that Arabs have, have they contributed so little to society?
The thing is, in early history, some of our greatest inventions came about from the Arab world. But you see little to nothing from them now, or for hundreds of years. Could it be that Islam has held them back?
Your all ignoring the question. Why is it that a small group like the Jews can advance society in things like medicine, chemistry, physics, and etc. and the Arab world with way over two billions hasn't made hardly any contribution?
Wow, where to start? This is an interesting point you bring up. I can name several. Just off the top of my head, and without the use of Google, I'll name a few racists/bigots who've made lasting, relevant contributions to humankind. FDR Henry Ford Darwin
Sorry your information is incorrect. A child born abroad to one US parent ( as long as that parent has resided in the states within the last 5 yrs) and a non us parent is considered a us citizen at birth. One is a us citizen by either by birth or by naturalisation.
