Barry and Hillary are cowards with the blood of their betters on their hands, if you know them, tell them I said so.
Yes. By all means believe the highly placed lackey who owes entirely his cushy position of power to the man he's making self serving comments in order to defend. A. Benghazi is easily reachable from our many Mediterranean military bases in two hours time thereby making intervention an easily doable thing. Gates lied! B. Everyone in the sensitive Mediterranean theater of operations is there today primarily as a deterrent to terrorism. For Gates to claim they somehow would be overwhelmed and unprepared to do their job is asinine! It's a laugh. It's absurd! And if true, Gates bears responsibility. Gates lied again. But go ahead and believe the guy who is doubtlessly lying.
Glad to see you take the unsolved murder of 4 innocent Americans so lightly. No sense crying over spilt milk, huh?
Liberal Progressivism is a fading fad much like bell bottom jeans and the mullet. It is sad to see people trying to hang on to a fad that is fading. The obama cult of personality has been diminished severly by things like murdered Americans in Benghazi and the obama cover up. To see some try and minimize the lives that were lost all for this silly fad is quite pathetic.
My facts are rock solid. Go to you tube and find Islamo hate in all the above mentioned countries. Where there is Islam and progressive leftist loserism there is a corresponding level of misery and injustice. Truth sucks.
Meanwhile... 62 percent agreed that Congress should create a special bi-partisan committee with broad powers to get to the truth about the attack in Benghazi.
WAIT! Margot is calling the death of Ambassador Stephens a "Murder." Oh my. Oh deer. Is the sun still in the sky? What happened to those thousands of posts about how it was a spontaneous demonstration over a You Tube video? What happened to the claim Libyans could so speak enough English to view that video AND have computer access in a bombed out country. A "murder"? Say it isn't so? Well, the posts do, actually, which is why this one has about as much to believe as Disney short - - - Updated - - - I may not agree with you often, but you nailed that one!
i give the Obama administration the benefit of the doubt - information is sketchy and it is hard to decipher truth from fabrication in those moments - it's the same reason i gave Bush the benefit of the doubt after 9/11 - there was no way to find out immediately what had occurred or why. the Obama Administration was probably better served by shutting their mouths and not going on an explanation tour the days after, but that was probably in hopes of appeasing the blood thirsty right waiting to impeach Obama. it turns out it wouldn't have mattered what they said or did or why and how Behganzi happened because right wingers like you already made up your minds that Obama is the anti-Christ.
Prove it. George Bush was never able to find and take out Osama Bin Ladin- yet you are convinced that magically these perpetrators are different? I have never doubted that mistakes were made- thats what people do- and I suspect that there was negligence that contributed to these poor peoples deaths. But it has also been obvious from shortly after the attack, that the Right was going to use this attack to attack Obama, and the truth be damned. - - - Updated - - - To see those who use the tragic loss of life in Benghazi for the sole purpose of attacking the President is quite pathetic.
hmmm who to believe? Former Secretary of Defense under Bush and Obama? Or a consistantly anti-Obama partisan poster? - - - Updated - - - hmmm who to believe? Former Secretary of Defense under Bush and Obama? Or a consistantly anti-Obama partisan poster? Man- so difficult in figuring out who has more credibility in this issue...
That is not the issue for me. It starts before the attack and the days leading up to it. Days before Canada had taken the historically unprecedented move of closing its embassy in Syria, saying t could not support its staff in a growing hostile climate. as well, other countries went on high alert because of the looming 911 anniversary. Obama's administration did nothing, even when, according to its own testimony, knew that things were "unstable" in Libya, particularly in Benghazi. And yet Ambassador Stephens was dispatched there with less than "modest" Marine guard and no available back up, as per the testimony posted here about planes not being able to respond in time. Ad yes, the tour was a mistake, mostly so because Obama and Hillary continued to press the myth that it was a spontaneous demonstration despite everyone else in the world knowing it was not. That's the issue for me. They knew it was unsafe. They did not provide cover nor support because it did not fit the administration's talking point that Obama's "Apology Strategy" and aerial assisted regime change were working. Now we see how well that middle east strategy has worked in Egypt, Libya and Syria...
OK, here you go. http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/355211/us-charges-libyan-militia-leader-benghazi-attack-andrew-johnson#! Mistakes? If it were mere mistakes that would be acceptable and if there were concrete corrections then that would imply at some basic level of understanding that something was wrong to begin with. Left right? Every American should be outraged at this event. It is beyond obvious that Obama and Hillary's policies and beliefs about Islam and their status as our enemy is underplayed, not understood, and are directly the result of a failed and unrealistic world view.
And hopefully when everyone stops just using Benghazi for political purposes, hopefully, we will learn lessons from Benghazi too.
Those five words and the way they were delivered may be the most self damning words every spoken by a political. I don't care how the left tries to spin that statement, the context is clear and it's etched in stone.
I am not anti-Obama, I simply know who his clueless ass is and say it with pride to educate those who are deluded by his lies and destructive policies that will destroy you lives.
