Dole v. Clinton...the good old boy network produced a candidate wihout charisma, espousing weak free market solutions to Clinton's facile lies. Dole would have been a better president than the Rapist, but he wasn't a strong candidate.

Bush v Captain Ozone, Mother of The Internet....by this time the metastasizing stupidity of the RATs gave even someone as psychotic as Gore a chance at the White House....good thing Ralphie Nader siphoned those votes in Floriduh. Since the Senate is not the House, and since the Senate originated a tax law, then, by the Constitution, that law is invalid.

Funny thing, though. In order for the corrupted court to make MessiahCare's unconstitutional individual mandate wear a single layer of perfectly transparent Saranwrap to hide it's naked unconstitutionality, the corrupted court had to unconstitutionally re-write the law...which said that PENALTIES will be assessed on failures to comply with the unconstitutional mandates....and pretend those PENALTIES were in their diseased imaginings a TAX, and hence covered under the taxing authority in Article I, Section 8, which limits legislative authority to extremely narrow and enumerated areas, not one of which involves socialized medicine.

So, in order for your corrupt judges to pretend the MessiahCare Train Wreck was Constitutional, they had to personally violate the Constitution by re-writing legislation from the bench, and this illegal re-write...places the MessiahCare Train Wreck in DIRECT VIOLATION of Article I, Section 7, Part 1, also known as the Originations Clause.
