Is that the most intelligent thing that you have to say. Why don't you try to make a legal or philosophical case for denying equal rights? By the way, most swing clubs are heterosexual venues. You should try it some time. Maybe you would be so up tight anymore.

Slow down, read what you respond to. Under "The well established public policy exception to the full faith and credit clause". When to not do so would violate the public policy of their state.

Here is our supreme law of the land; let's start with that, first:

Full faith and credit is not negotiable, as indicated in the first complete thought and sentence.

Why should a State have any problem honoring any public Act from any other State in our republic?

Marriage creates INEQUALITY by design. Discriminating against the unmarried. Inequality by design because

160.204. PRESUMPTION OF PATERNITY. (a) A man is
presumed to be the father of a child if:
    (1) he is married to the mother of the child and the
    child is born during the marriage;

Only women give birth and only men are held responsible for them doing so.

Heterosexual couples are responsible for the perpetuation of the human species. Homosexual couples are responsible for bringing each other to orgasms. Treating the two as if they are equal is absurd.

Perversion and morality are subjective. You have a valid constitutional right to live according to your perceived morality, you are not free to stop others from living according to theirs however

Thats your opinion and you certainly are entitled to it and for the most part I think youre right about anti gay orgs overplaying their hand also.
Im not complaining about gays being in our face because they are not, they are behind a screen or far away. Im 66 im not the one who has to worry about any of this. Im riding the wave.
You certainly have a legal right to free speech as well as I do :) My point about laws was this Obamacare is the law of the land, it was forced down half the countries throat, how well has that worked out. Did suddenly all the angst distrust, dislike, disdain, vitriole, hate disappear. Or did it get worse since the "LAW" was passed. All im saying is this, once all the legal is done and all the laws are written. Then comes the hard part how will we live with it and that depends on how each side conducts themselves/or accepts the law. We see how obamacare is being recieved and what its doing and they proponents say the same thing as you. Its a civil right, everyone is entitled to health care, same rhetoric.
Lastly progressive I respect you and your beliefs you must understand that there are others equally as passionate that dont agree with you and dont care what the law is, like obamacare. I am not of that group btw, I am not passionately pissed off at gay people nor do I harbor and hate or disdain for what they are. I do believe that two men married is just ridiculous.

Had I said all Heterosexual couples are responsible for the perpetuation of the human species, you would of had a relevant point. I didn't, you don't.

Let me make this a basic question; would you allow any people in the United States to starve?

Yup health care is a human right and now it's also a legal right. SSM is fast becoming a legal right as well. You think SSM is ridiculous ? Have you talked to any gay people about that?

Of course I have a point. It's to point out in the stupidity in your posts, and to remind you that your arguments were refuted long ago.

Even a single heterosexual that doesn't procreate refutes your point

Marriage licenses are no longer necessary in the 21st century to living according to anyone's morality. They were never required for homosexual couples.

I know it's hard, but try to keep up. We're talking about marriage here in this thread. It's even placed conveniently at the top of the page so you can see it. The post I responded to death with homosexuals, and by extension same sex marriage, is immoral.

In your constant need to troll every same sex thread you've confused yourself as to what the actual discussion is

    - - - Updated - - -

No they don't. And outdated and overturned case doesn't help you here.

It's his usual circle jerk. He parrots the same three or four arguments that have been refuted the. Just cycles back to the first.

    It's pathetic
