Can you show us of any white boyfriends killing their white girlfriends? - - - Updated - - - Isn't his father white or is it that he doesn't count.
I don't have to do that, America has done a pretty good job doing that all on her on. I fail to see the comedy when you are facing 25 to life.
His father is a Jew. Since when are Jewish people white? Even Jesse Jackson couldn't call them white. Jackson called them hymies instead; hymies living in Hymietown. So that's why you hate George Zimmerman so much. Because Uncle Jesse don't like them damned hymies!
The Italian "justice system" resembles the American in that those who work in it will do anything to avoid admitting a mistake. Think of the many Americans who have been proven innocent by DNA evidence after many years in prison. "The Authorities" usually do all they can to block reversal of convictions obtained through coercion or perjury. The Knox case is no different. That said, we have no idea of the truth. Only Amanda Knox does. The case is effectively settled, since I assume Knox won't be taking a trip to Italy any time soon.
The black guy robbed a village near by and the police detained him for a few hours and then let him go. If they would have charged him in Robbery the victim would have been alive today. The Italian police are trying to fix a mistake that they already done by reducing the murderer's sentence to 16 years and convict Knox.
Are you serious? Do you have any proof he is Jewish? Right, as if Rev. Jackson has history of harming Jewish people. Actually it is because he killed an unarmed teenager who was minding his own business and he got away with it because of a racist jury.
Look at Zimmerman's last name. That's a common Jewish surname. It's like, you don't name a white kid Dre or Tyrone. Define "harm", brutha. Jackson certainly does have a history of being a hymie-hater: http://www.nytimes.com/1984/02/27/us/jackson-admits-saying-hymie-and-apologizes-at-a-synagogue.html That "unarmed" teenager tried to arm himself as they grappled over Zimmerman's sidearm, all while pounding poor Zimmerman's head into the pavement repeatedly. That "unarmed teenager" ran all the way back from his dad's home to confront Zimmerman, whom by Martin's homegirl's testimony, Martin thought was a gay man who wanted to rape him. Martin was entering hate crime territory at that point, according to the Matthew Shepard Act: http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/10/28/hate.crimes/index.html?_s=PM:POLITICS
Autrefois acquit or autrefois convict. The common law conception at least. Someone who has been tried and acquitted by a jury or has been convicted by a jury.can't be tried for the same offence in another completely separate process. I'm not sure if that principle is known in Italian law, it being, I think, derived from Roman civil law. But as I understand this case these are a series of appeals and not a separate set of charges which would fail under the autrefois rule. That being so, even if the rule isn't known in Italian law, it would still not constitute "double jeopardy" as it is known at common law. The US legal system may have a different take on double jeopardy that isn't known to me though, I'd be pleased to read about it.
The criminal who murdered Meredith Kercher is already in jail. Here's a video of the charming fellow:
Obviously, otherwise you wouldn't be calling her a criminal or demanding her extradition to Italy. Why must they be right? Is this a joke?
And what is your evidence for this claim? What evidence do you have that her ex-boyfriend murdered Meredith Kercher?
And apart from being a misogynist, the lead prosecutor is also a crook with a history of prosecutorial misconduct: Amanda Knox prosecutor Mignini convicted of abuse of office today The Knox-haters will just respond with... If she were "guilty as sin", then you could easily produce evidence that implicates her in the murder of Kercher. Feel free to do that at any moment.
Because you say so? Actually, it is that simple. It's ultimately up to the State Department as to whether or not Knox will be extradited, and people of conscious (who outnumber people like yourself) will not allow that to happen.
She was already found innocent. America should not bow to the will of a nation that ignores double jeopardy.
Apparently, you believe she is guilty. But that is an opinion that is entirely beside the point. In matters of double jeapordy, one need not argue matters of guilt or innocence; there are no instances in which double jeopardy might be justified, regardless of the desired end. No exceptions.
Actually, the American system of justice is less restrictive than I would prefer as regarding the principle of double jeopardy. More specifically, it allows for one to be tried in a state court on one charge, and then tried in a fereral court for what is essentially the same thing. This is not "officially" considered double jeopardy. But it certainly seems like precisely that to me.
can you imagine if there were, you could spend a life time trying to prove your innocents against a prosecutor that refuses to admit he was wrong
