If an ID is required to exercise a citizen right, it shall be provided by the state. Any COST or stalling tactics associated with Voter IDs is a DIRECT violation of the 24th Amendment.

This was already fought in court. The Amendment existed to PREVENT Southern States from disenfranchising black voters through poll taxes / fees and literacy tests. Coincidence?
