http://www.msnbc.com/now-with-alex-wagner Now folks can go and shoot children in schools a lot easier now. Nathan Deal signed a bill allowing folks to carry firearms into schools of Georgia from K thru 12th grade. I guess with this recent scuff with a teenager going into a school outside Atlanta a while back, was prepared to shoot school children while a courageous employee at the school talked him out of it, gave law makers a great idea. Lets just arm everyone this time, making it easier for all to go in and shoot up schools. Talk about short on common sense. Georgia gets the blue ribbon for that.
Yep, you just gotta love the mindset of the residents of the state of Georgia! All it will take is one great shootout at the OK Corral Middle School before they realize (if that's possible) that they've made an error in judgement. That's one state I'm glad I don't live in.
How is it now easier to shoot up a school in Georgia? Did they have some barrier that prevented guns from coming into schools before that has been taken down? No? You mean anyone could go onto school grounds at any time and shoot people? Sounds like the only change is that the people who are in the school won't necessarily be unarmed if they are following the law.
How can people be so cruel? Guns should not be allowed to be within at least 500 yards of any school. If they weren't allowed anywhere near schools we wouldn't have this shooting epidemic on our hands.
nice spin but according to your link only teachers would be allowed to bring a gun into a school in georga.
