How long will the United States last?

The ideologies of most people and places have changed over the years. Once upon a time everyone wanted slaves and segregation, that doesn't make them all conservative. You called the people who enacted Jim crow laws conservative, you can either prove it or admit you're talking out of your a$$ and don't have proof.

 

This post cannot be taken seriously, but it is provocative and can start debates.

 

(Shrug) Yes that is correct, in that at least it's a different way of looking at things.

 

Heh, one minute you talk about judging people as individuals, then the next minute rant about "Yankee liberals" turning out "dangerous and dreary crap piles", kudos to you there sir.

And I should remind you that while you brag about "conservative/Republican politicians" in Texas, keep in mind that right wingers who call themselves "true conservatives" are convinced the Republican party is nothing more than a bunch of Democrats pretending to be Republicans. Which means, at least using the logic your conservative friends use, those are really liberals in Texas you're electing, who according to you, have a "fundamental grasp of economics and a respect for the concept of work ethic, community service, and at least mild patriotism". Surely you aren't contradicting what the "true conservatives" are saying, right?

And I don't buy that race isn't an overall big issue. I've seen some conservatives here refer to California as "Mexifornia". When it was majority white, I never saw them call it "Whiteyfornia". Seems to be race is a HUGE issue for some on the right, though I know since you have to defend them at all costs, you'll somehow blame it on the mythical "left wing race agitators".

The Ideology of the south hasn't changed much at all actually. It's still the most conservative part of this country. Probably always will be too.

 

What made them conservative before? What makes you think only they stayed the same while the rest of the country changed? Cite your work

 

Have you been to downtown Detroit lately? Memphis? St. Louis? Atlanta? Trenton?

Those are third world hell holes, and I assure you they had nothing to do with conservatives. In fact, I live in a nice house just north of Houston. Outside the city of course, where the blacks have voted in Democrats over and over. The city is nice during the day, but God help you if you go there at night.

True, I'm not a senior citizen.

But lettuce be real, the current economic course cannot continue. You can talk about politics and classes and whatever else you want, but this country will default sooner rather than later.

 

Yes. You tell that to the those rich people who are benefitting your society by hiding their money offshore so they don't get taxed on it. The only thing crucial to them is hanging onto their cash-like true patriots.

 

They're doing so because the idiots in office are constantly using class warfare rhetoric, constantly attacking business and constantly coming up with new and more inventive ways to tax and regulate businesses. Business owners are not going to spend their money in that environment. In fact, nobody with 1/4 of a brain would spend their money in that environment.

 

So say the people who blame whitey for everything in this world... then they claim they don't have white guilt lol

If that happens Then the rich Become very powerful
Or the country becomes a dictatorship
Why do you think the far right is trying to create chaos in the government
If you listen to American NAZI party speeches you will hear them say a number of times

What we're hoping for is that the people get tired of the democrats and republicans and turn to us
That is when national socialism would take over the country
