I hope Ukraine arrests or kills all the Russian Imperialists in eastern Ukraine.

The world is tired of the Russian jackboot.

Your world is wrong. If Maidans would do so, it would be a very unwise decision, because this would bring a quick end of their political carrier. I hope Russians are watching and will hit at the right time and at the right place to solve the problem.

Be quite obvious that Ukraine wouldn't be doing any kind of ethnic cleansing anytime soon with tens of thousands of Russians waiting at the border hungry for some reason to go in..

Found out quickly that Jeanette has a major crush on Putin after visiting on the forums now and then

Jeanette, where is the logic in thinking the Ukrainians will launch an attack against the pro-Russians in any part of the Eastern Ukraine when Russia has made it very clear that it will militarily defend such people and have placed enough military assets there to not only do so but also to conquer the whole of the Ukraine. The Russians have, just in the immediate area, much more naval, air and land assets and a suspicious number of Russian-Army-dressed "militia" with APCs and modern combat firearms driving around the Eastern Ukraine.

WOW....such violence. Wouldn't you prefer a peaceful outcome where no one gets killed?

Putin is a national hero now. Do you like it or not, but this is a "medicinal fact" as Ostap Bender used to say. Make a comparison with other leaders of countries, opposing him. Russia and Ukraine against foreign invasion. Russians came a long way at this.

There is no logic, yet they did kill five of the protesters, and they have massed their troops outside of the city of Slaviansk. Also the junta did send troops to try to dislodge the protesters occupying the buildings; once right after the head of the CIA visited Kiev, and again after Biden visited them. Both times though the troops joined the protesters. It's assumed the ones who killed the five protesters were either extreme nationalists who were recruited from the Western part and trained in Poland, or mercenaries.

"...RIA Novosti obtained the satellite photos which clearly show heavy buildup of Ukraine's military weapons and equipment on the border with Russia, as well as in Ukraine’s Slaviansk suburbs, in the North of the Donetsk region, where clashes between pro-federalization protesters and Ukrainian interim government continue..."

Assumed by whom may I asked, by Putin-owned media and his thugs? Lest we forget that assumption is the mother of all screw ups in the first place.

They were not protesters btw, they were militants manning unauthorized illegal checkpoint and preventing people from getting wherever they needed to go.

It's also interesting that you don't consider anti-Ukrainian Russians in Ukraine to be extreme nationalists, or the Putin clique "protecting" Russians in Ukraine even though they are not Russian subjects to be extreme nationalists... May I ask you why pro-Russian traitors in Ukraine are not nationalists but Ukrainians in Ukraine who want ties with Europe, not Russia are?

Those dissidents weren't under any threat from the central government so no reason for an armed uprising....no country in the world tolerate an armed insurrection of this sort....the situation in kiev was totally different, that was a peacefull demonstration that became an armed insurrection when authorities used violence to end it....

Ha! Sell the tanks and haul ass for Switzerland! That sounds like a better idea than anybody else in Ukraine has had lately.... :roflol:

Of course, if they want to do the RIGHT thing, they could use the money from the big tank sale to make a payment to the IMF on their eighteen billion dollar loan! :roflol: It's too funny! Every time I think about these goofballs in Kiev, I break out laughing.... :roflol:

What was the trouble stirred in Crimea? Russian Black sea fleet and militia there secured the whol area and all went fine. Nothing like assaulting towns from helicopters, killing citizens and leaving like US puppets were ordered to do in Slaviansk.

The first problem of south and east of Ukraine is that there is no russian troops there. The second is that there are ukrainian forces there.

Ummmm... Has it already invaded or the troops of Russia are concentrated at the border?

Here, in USA, we have white supremacist groups. If they would take over the government in Washington, what would you do? Stephan Bandera was a Hitler's collaborationist, he was responsible for massacre in Volyn, Poland and other atrocities. Now, his portraits are displayed by the government in Kiev.

So, let me get this straight. Russia started a war by invading the sovereign borders of the internationally recognized nation of Ukraine. And the Ukraine government is taking steps to defend themselves against an aggressor, and their the bad guy? Do I have that right? Sounds like the same stupid assed thinking in Palestine to me.

Assumed by the Ukrainians living there. It's a natural assumption since the troops who were sent before refused to shoot the civilians, and joined the protesters instead.

But didn't the protesters in Kiev also take over the buildings and streets illegally and didn't we support them? Also why are we calling these protesters militants, and why did we call the ones setting the police on fire in Kiev protesters? And then again in Syria weren't we supporting the protesters, and weren't we condemning the Assad government for clamping down on them?
    :confuse:

Thanks to our press with its subjective reporting, and the constant denigrating of RT, it's hard for an American to know what's going on. Here is a video that will tell you everything, with names, political parties, pictures and audio recordings:

I'm still waiting for Putin to come clean about blowing up those apartment buildings in Russia, blaiming Chechnya, and launching the 2nd Chechen War.

Yeah, just the way Bush blew up the buildings at the World Trade Center so he could go to war with Iraq.

Anyway here's my prediction. As soon as Obama declares his new sanctions, Russia's peace keeping force will enter Ukraine. Wanna bet? :oldman:

This video explains why we are involved in Ukraine and how it might lead to WWIII.

Like a lot of other Americans, I had no idea at all who "Stephan Bandera" was, so, here's at least a wiki synopsis on this man: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stepan_Bandera Why would anybody in Ukraine think he's a hero if he was a big collaborator with the Nazis? This is the kind of thing that would just drive the Russians nuts!

BTW, look for Russia's celebration of Victory Day (World War II) on May 9th to be the most spirited and enthusiastic outpouring of Russian patriotic sentiment in many years! These are proud people who have never forgotten their truly heroic struggle against the Nazis and the millions of Russians who died in horrible conditions in the greatest battles of all -- like Stalingrad!

In another thread you are prominent in praising Israel for attacking Egyptian troops which you claim were massing on the border. ' What else were they supposed to do ' I believe you said. Of course, I'm not attempting to divert attention to that discussion, I am merely wondering why your opinion differs so vastly in this discussion.
In my own opinion a war against one's own people is still a war- and war is illegal under international law.
