I agree. Based on that video it doesn't appear justified. Although, the video is really blurry. I wonder when this is going to be picked up by the media. I wonder what the story is.
what i can see he had a knife in his right hand, but was retreating, the officers where trying to contain him from going to the main street, where he could of hurt other pedestrians, that where just around. the corner, so they shot him.why wasn't pepper spray or tazer used? is my question..

It is just too hard to tell what is going on this video. It is to far away and to graining to make a 100% judgment on saying if this was justified or not. In cases like this you have to realy on what the physical evidences says, people like, evidence doesn’t.
Wish they had shot the "narrator" instead.... Can't really tell what was happening right before the shots rang out, so dont know if this one is going to be justified or not.
