    you're projecting your own situation

i saw it before i made my comment, your post is ridiculous

and you can't be taken seriously if you think anyone was referring to an autopsy on wilson

mugabe is right about the autopsy report, there's no sign of a struggle, according to the medical examiner

watch it for yourself, i've seen it several times

I'm not totally sure why that sticking point is important to you? Most good cops have a suspicious nature. They don't look for things to be right. They look for things to be wrong. Good cops don't wear "rose colored" glasses.

As far as our leftwingers are concerned White police officers are supposed to be suspicious only of White men or women and only then IF those people are not members of the Democratic Party. Although they have never articulated this 'feeling' nonetheless it shines through all of their postings whenever this sort of subject matter rolls around.

What was Brown doing that was a threat to public safety? He was unarmed. Walking down the middle of the street isn't a danger to public safety. It was dangerous to Brown because he could have been hit by a car. Am unarmed man that isn't hyped up on PCP can be subdued with a taser. No deadly force needed. If Brown was charging the officer the way some on this forum have stated, the officer had plenty of time to pull out his taser and shoot Brown with it before he reached the officer. At the time Brown was shot, he was too far away from the officer to try and get his weapon. We still don't know that Brown was going for the officers weapon. That is unsubstantiated. If the Ferguson police department will release the dashboard camera recording, we might at least hear what happened. I suspect they are not releasing it because it will shed a bad light on Wilson and cause more rioting.

Anytime use of force is used by law enforcement, it's supposed to be enough to subdue or defuse the situation. As soon as resistance stops, the use of force should stop or it is excessive. All law enforcement officers are taught that excessive use of force will get you in some bad sh*t.

Just another post of yours leading me to believe you are full of (*)(*)(*)(*) with your "I was in law enforcement".

The officer is potentially facing a lawsuit..................."evidence" is not going to be released during the active investigation.

The potential prosecution can request this during discovery.

You subdue a 300 lb. unarmed man with a taser. It's not rocket science.

The officer shot until the NON Gentle Giant ceased his forward rush to kill the officer. End of rush, end of problem. At that point the officer ceased squeezing the trigger. Problem solved. Elapsed time, probably three to four seconds once the officer began shooting. It takes TIME for a six foot four, three hundred pound man rushing forward to STOP even with slugs going into (his arm). As you are a former LEO I am surprised you don't comprehend fundamental physics and . . . time.

After he's already just tried to kill you and while he's now rushing you and while you already have your weapon drawn? Your claim to have been a LEO has become . . . strangely amusing.

    - - - Updated - - -

Yes; it's rather like hunting for your keys in that they are going to be in the last place you look. The rushing giant dropped and the threatened officer ceased squeezing off rounds. Textbook.

That video was of another case..........not the shooting remember........the officer had NO KNOWLEDGE of the robbery

    And that case is closed.

irrelevant........the cases were linked but not one in the same............the difference should be obvious.

But I have stated before, releasing the video was of bad form.

But since the claim FOIA on it, they said they had no choice.

I suggest you use the FOIA to find out who requested it, then you will know whom to direct your anger towards..............ain't America grand
