Another key difference is that come tomorrow, next week, next year, next century ...the Jewish guy, the Baptist guy, and so on will decide to have fish instead of BBQ or eat at Bob's house instead of Phil's or serve lemon-aid instead of whiskey... ...whereas every single one of these radical Islamist cesspools will continue to propagate the same barbarous jihad as they have been doing for the last 1000+ years. Religion is not the problem. It is the politicians that misuse and manipulate religion for their own personal goals that is the problem. And this is possible due to the low levels of education in those parts of the world. Any fruitful discussion on the subject can not be held until people understand this basic concept.

I think Saudi Arabia is a key ally against Islamic Terror---for us and for Israel. We need to treat them as an ally. Yep--they have a multitude of home grown extremists and its certainly a totaltarian state that apparently will stay 100% Muslim, ---but its leaders have an agenda that does not include the likes of ISIS being in control.
I would add Muslims here are in the same boat as the other religious groups here.... fanatics can only take root in biblical like times such as we see now in the middle east all one has to do is look at the middle east today to see how people could believe anything in biblical times, even when a child of 12 or 13 claimed she were pregnant but never had sex with a man as described in the Koran and the Bible.... .
