I see this as trying to provoke America. Stupid idiots. But I did see the possibility of China teaming up with Russia to fight America. But if China did that they'd only be hurting themselves because that means we'd cut off all trade with them. china would lose $62 billion dollars a year in trade if they did that. so I'm not sure China would abandon all of that money.

ONly 7,000 men? Not much of an operation and certainly not war prep. A nimitz class aircraft carrier has a crew complement of 5,600.
